only because I know more people are here in this forum tonight is why I am posting here. to be completely honest with everyone I do think there is a higher power but I have not in my life known that that the power of prayer works. At the moment I am so worried, scared, sick and probably not right in my mind more so than any point on my life, so I reaching out to people in every way I know how. My wife of 18 years is at Emergency Room in Jasper and has been put in a coma type state while waiting for a bed in ICU in Beaumont. Thus far the diagnosis is congestive heart failure and blood clot in lungs. that said, people if you can/ will please a prayer that she will be OK. I don't know that this is appropriate to come here but I thought it wouldn't hurt. I thank you all.

My wife and I are both extremely sick. Prayers are our crutch, our foundation for moving forward. I feel extremely bad for folks who don’t have it to rely on. What do they do? Who do they turn too? So yes DbD, pray. Pray with all your heart. For her comfort. For her health. For her soul. As posted above, it’s not all you can do, it’s the best you can do. Prayers for her and you. 🙏🙏🙏✝️✝️✝️🙏🙏🙏

If you can, look at the photo in the PA News, of #18 catching the pass behind the defender's back. That's a catch of the year IMO. And also IMO, there should have been a flag. No way that wasn't PI. Me and everyone else in attendance were waiting for a flag, and then I realized that he actually caught the pass.

Remember you can't teach speed. As a defense you must stop it before it gets started, or watch it as it goes by. We will have to see what our Indian defensive coaches come up with for dealing with this LBJ team. As far as our offense goes establishing the run, and quick accurate passes must be our goal. In all honesty if they take care of business on Friday they're only true obstacle to the state semi-final game will be Tyler Chapel Hill similar to what happened with LCM last year. I don't see anyone coming out of the other Regional bracket that they can't beat. I was not impressed with Kilgore and El Campo is very one-dimensional. Staying injury free and a little luck and there's no reason why they can't be in the dance.

I learned a long time ago when I started my radio broadcast career that you have to be the eyes for your listening audience. A play by play announcer has to be as detailed as possible when doing play by. It's the color commentator job to add flavor and summary of play. It's okay to be "rah rah" when doing a home team broadcast but make sure the game is detailed for the listener. An audio broadcast has to promote the facts of the game more so than the opinion.

I think BH will show MT a defense they haven’t seen all year. I don’t think they have been tested either and that showed with a lack luster performance against a 4 seed in round 1. If BH can muster enough offense for 4 scores in this one I think they can again shock the state by knocking off a top seed. As far a being disappointed…not me this was a complete rebuild this year while moving up a classification and here we are in round 2 ! Pretty impressive if you ask me.

Wakeland is 3:1 pass heavy. I didn't see anybody that physically stood out. Short receivers. QB has a bad knee and they did lose 4 games and I am betting they played the majority of them indoors..... If we can get pressure with 4 and drop 6-7, we will be ok. Also, no favorite receiver statistically. 2 kids with over 700 yards a piece

From the bottom of my heart I sincerely thank each and every one of you. my pumpkin rine is now in Beaumont. Gonna remain in induced coma( because of being on ventilator) until at least this evening but most likely tomorrow before they try taking her off of it.
