Great Coaching , and always a Super talented team but always seems as something is missing. Kinda hard to put into words but Imo seems like they’re always missing identity. Seems like instead of having and forcing a style of play on their opponents they never have a style to force on their opponents. Instead Seems like their focus when they face elite competition is always to adjust to the other teams game plan. As far as last nite vs Clear springs .. when crunch time came Atascocita didn’t play to win , they played not to lose

If Silsbee has to play Center, the entire game will probably look like the first half of this one. I just know HF isn't going to let us down though.

First, I don't think he was the best player on the field the week that Jasper came to Silsbee... Smith from Jasper should have worn a cape that night. Secondly, the "on the field" part does mean something... Miller was MIA in the second half against Bellville. He wasn't too injured to start, just too injured to stay in the game once it started getting out of hand. I know that he's got a future to think about, and I understand his decision to chill on the sidelines while the rest of the Tigers were getting a demonstration on how the Slot T is supposed to work. Being the most athletically gifted kid on the team and being the best player on the field aren't the same thing. But I wouldn't argue too much if Miller won.... he's still pretty deserving.

I disagree about CS being the better team. They trailed the entire game till OT. But, they were better tonight. In a 7 game series, give me Cita in 6.

Catches... They propose a "consumption tax" or VAT (value added tax). Kinda like a sales tax that's tacked on at every step of the production process. [Hidden Content] 1. those types of taxes always have a larger impact on people with lower incomes. 2. If you didn't like inflation from the last couple of years, you'll HATE the addition of the consumption tax.. it's going to raise the price of everything that you purchase. 3. It won't be collected locally... and you'd better hope that those hairy-legged women in the Peoples' Republic of Austin see fit to return some of that money back to your area. 4. Those are all facts... my opinion is that they will get an okay from the public to allow a consumption tax, then forget to phase out the property tax. As always, we don't have a tax problem, we have a spending problem. High taxes are a result of high spending, not the other way around. Now I shall return to the shadows.

I would like to discuss these one at a time. Proposition 1 Texas should eliminate all property taxes without increasing Texans’ overall tax burden. YES NO Questions I have: If you take away all of that tax burden, what makes up the difference? Does this include the property tax burden for municipalities & school districts? What's the catch?

Playing McNeese tonight who is winless in conference. Looking to wrap up one of the top two seeds then you only need two wins in the conference tournament to go to the NCAA tournament. Ranked #32 in the mid major poll this week.

Lamar wins at A&M Corpus 63-57. They finish the first half of the season tied for first with SE LA. They beat SE LA at home. Their only conference loss was to A&M Commerce at home which I consider an uninspired loss. Overall their record is 14-5.
