I've been following this guy and he makes a lot of sense. I've noticed journalist don't interview their guest anymore, they debate them, and he is, BY FAR the best debater I have seen in a long time. I think his numbers will increase during the debates if he can get on any. Thoughts? [Hidden Content]3 points -

100% I remember watching a debate during the Republican primaries a cycle or two ago, moderated by CNBC's Rebecca Quick. With a huge grin on her face and a bright gleam in her eye, she made inflammatory comments back and forth and baited the candidates into arguing with each other. Not debate, but to argue. Finally Ted Cruz had enough and called her out. Ted would not take the bait. He told here in front over everyone, "Rebecca, you don't want a debate, you want a made for TV cage fight. Just stop it."2 points -
Which documents are these yo-yos really concerned about? Was Trump passing nuclear secrets like the Rosenbergs, or was he simply taking documents like all others president before him? Fake concern is just that…..fake.2 points

The main problem is, many parents can't see that their kid is not college football material and they are dumbfounded when their child doesn't get a scholarship. It's not always a "lack of promotion by coaches" issue, it's a "my kid isn't good enough" problem.2 points

[Hidden Content] Don’t look like this has been shared yet, but one of the best people to ever be called Coach passed away. Truly one of the best people I’ve ever known. A genuine person, with a servants heart. He was a wonderful coach as well, and a terrific track coach. His son, Coach Andy Evans is a wonderful person and coach in his own right. RIP coach.1 point

These dudes love trump, and love defending trump, more than they love their own family lol. There’s case studies of people like this. They are generally older, lonely, angry and probably fat males who have nothing else to forward to in life so they need something or someone to cling to and give them hope. So they decide to worship a trust fund NYC born and raised elite draft dodger turned Hollywood celebrity, who was good friends with Epstein (who later miraculously died under trumps presidency and hand-picked DOJ), cheats on his wife(wives) with porn stars, constantly talks about how hot his daughter is (she is hot though), and spends money like a democrat. Yeah.. these are not smart people.1 point -

All I know for sure is that she is from Crosby. And that’s she’s already hard at work implementing programs that we didn’t have. Still looking forward to Crosby having a great season. For whatever reason historically Crosby has done well when they’re not favored to win.1 point -

I guess it will eventually come out but I read where the Biden Administration was after the crossfire documents he declassified the day before he left office that shows Biden, Obama, FBI AND THE DOJ SPIED ON HIS CAMPAIGN AND HIS PRESIDENCY. Trump was afraid they would destroy them when Biden took office. But like I said we will see if that’s true.1 point

They didn’t find that one? All that means is that Trump still has it hidden someplace. What about the other boxes of classified materials strewn around the resort? Those don’t matter anymore because Trump actually destroyed (or still has hidden) one page? Stop listening to whackos.1 point -

Not as badly as Trump needs to be kept out. We have political differences, but we both agree, I think, that given the two, America would be worse off in four years were Trump President than if Biden were. The country wouldn’t collapse under Biden. The Constitution and U.S. security would be under threat with Trump. I hope you read the indictment.1 point

Yes Alabama looking and Texas offering. This team has a lot of talent. I believe you will see many head off on scholarship by the time they are seniors. Jackson is only headed to his junior year and already offered from Texas and probably Alabama sooner than later. The freshman going to Soph is getting looks as well. At 6'7" 270 he has much room to fill out and unique athletic set of skills as well. Line is looking crazy for this year. Hard to imagine Nguyen, Chatagnier, and Shea Adams all running from behind this line. This team is shaking out to be pretty good.1 point -

Even if you want to go with Hefner as the collegiate player he has had a hard time finding a role on the team. Weisbrod was a very very good player once he moved back home. Dominated the juco level and then came in and was one of the top 5 players in the confrence for two years. Jamie Weaver averaged 3 points a game at Houston and then had to transfer to Hawaii where he didn’t even end up finishing out playing basketball. If you want to go with the guy who played HS ball in the 40s and 50s go ahead I guess. Point is, those other two have been to better programs, and Hefner was 100% the better prospect, but no one who has played at Nederland has been better than Colton.1 point -

TCU offers Crosby running back Wesley Yarbrough last night:1 point -
Coaches do develop relationships with the college ranks. Coaches also lobby on behalf of the players so long as the player has no character deficiency that would make the coach look bad. If a player is not getting recruited is usually because the player's behavior is not worth the risk to the coach. As stated previously, the coaches see the kids everyday and in many cases, spend more time with the players than the parents do. I wish I had a nickel for every player that could have played college ball but acted the fool at school and practice and as a result went nowhere. Meanwhile, the parents and community could not understand why the player "did not get support from the coaches" or "why he was not recruited".1 point
-
I have a question. My kid doesn’t play football so I only know the recruiting process for other sports. For my kid, it’s pretty much all on her to contact schools, send videos, build those relationships, and do the work to get recruited. Is it not the same for football? Doesn’t Crosby football have tons of college coaches out every spring to watch the boys not to mention all the press that football gets compared to other sports. What exactly do y’all expect the coaches to do? Just curious.1 point
-
All of said parents definitely would express a similar sentiment. What 100% of coaches know is that parents are generally misinformed about their kids work habits and behavior when they are at school and practice. There are not many coaches who are not interested in winning and take enjoyment from "playing favorites" while "losing". Coaches also know that it takes kids to have a winning program and you can ill-afford to run kids off. However, they also know that you cannot win with counterproductive behavior in the program as well. I dont think I have ever seen one of the parents of the behavior problem kids believe anything other than their kid was mistreated, their kid deserves to play or the coaches dont know what they are doing. In life it is generally safe to assume that the person doing something for a living, does indeed actually know a little more than those who do not.1 point
