I didn't bash anyone, but it's easy to root against the school who tries to recruit from all over the area and brags about how great they are. You're way off. Lcm has one good year in its history last year and suddenly you guys are a powerhouse? You are 3-3. No vidor fans have acted like fools on here and why would they? They always beat lcm.

Doing great. Sounds good from the March in to the school song. Wish we could play the fight song a few more times per game. For those interested, UIL marching contest is next Saturday Oct 15. Here's the schedule that's posted in the band forum.

This is a classic game of “whack-a-mole” for Ltown and “keepaway” for Vidor. Ltown must stop the Slot T to get the ball. Vidor has to grind out yards & clock to score. Ltown no ball - no score. Vidor’s best D is keeping the Ltown O on the bench. Vidor gets into 3 & out, this’ll turn into a slaughter. As I said last week, hope for a good game with no injuries. Go Pirates!

Nope. Its more than wins and losses. Just like vidor. Hes restored the community. I can speak for 95% this is not like vidor or WOS after a few losses.....we support him either way for the growth of the kids and community

I have been very critical of the vidor coaching staff this yr, but I will always call it as I see it. With that being said I think the change in personal made vidor a much better team and it showed on Friday night. Lumberton is a very good football team and will be a tough test but we are much better than we was earlier in the yr should be a good game

Fortunately Dayton coach's don't buy into the flak on message boards.They will prepare like the underdogs they are .

For me coach C is what is needed in Jasper. Born and raised bulldog through and through!!! And it took me a minute to realize that this is the first year in a completely new offense and it was going to take time but these young kids are catching on fast!! It will not surprise me if we don't get the W over wos but if we don't the silver and blue are going to have to earn everything that they get cuz these kids they are going to keep fighting and fighting and fighting and that is one of the best things that I love about this team and this coaching staff!!! Any Catholics on Liberty’s team, they might want to get Last Rites prior to the kickoff.

Tigers will come in focused and take care of business, but dont see them scoring 65, Liberty will be fired up, playing the Tigers. Something tells me late in the game , this time of the season, Tiger coach will start getting starters out, to avoid injury. For example, late in the game against HJ, Cartwright got banged up returning a kick, probably miss a game or two. The District Championship still goes through HF, and Jasper.

How many seniors does WOS have? I know their JV has lost quite a few games & they don’t have a freshman team, they have a good 8th grade team, but their 7th grade group has lost quite a few too. I don’t see things getting better unfortunately, not unless they have kids hiding under a rock somewhere

Kickers are overrated , ( What ) If Newton had a field goal kicker, I kinda think they would have kicked a field goal at the end of the Woodville game for the win. If Field goal kickers are so overrated, why do all colleges,pro's and most high schools have one/ maybe they want to win close games. My reasoning is you need them to win against good teams JMO

The best part I like about Crumley is the discipline he has done where other coaches had lacked. The kids are kids first and foremost and they are going to make mistakes. Everything else will come every week they play. As for me I would kick it deep unless there’s a very good return guy back there that’s up to the scouts. But the long snapper has cost us a few misshapes that needs attention. This is a very young team and getting better every week. Go Dawgs

Hey I agree to disagree. My only point was that it's been a while since the Titans seen that style of offense. None of the players and coaches have been around long enough to remember playing you guys. Don't get me wrong, I feel as if the misdirection gave us some trouble at first.

Honestly how the game played out it was weird and very uncharacteristic for both teams... I felt to be honest y'all would of put up a few more to TDs in this game but our defense played y'all better than expected but we shot ourselves in the foot in the second half especially on those 2 drive where we was close to the red zone and y'all kept sacking us.

No "lack of coaching" in Dayton. Better get it sorted out.

We can agree to disagree and be good. 👍 What O LP was running 2 years ago had no bearing on Friday night, unless PAM was studying 2 year old film, and scouting in a Time Machine. To make it more accurate, let’s say PAM’s run D was horrible against LP last night. LP’s pass D was horrible against PAM last night. (Or, we could be positive and say PAM’s pass game kicked butt last night, and LP’s run game kicked butt last night.) Y’all probably won’t like that I believe KWP’s style/scheme this year is more suited for PO football outside in the elements in Texas either. I don’t know what they’ve done before as I never observed. But, this year, their team is more suited to it than PAM IMHO. Is what it is… Since y’all both should make the PO’s, I will root for both. Just what I do. (Also, still hope LP can make it back.)

Guilty as charged on your first point but I’d never want our AD/HC ran out of town. Because I have seen over the years how he builds those kids up and know what he can do with a good group of talent. Making a big change like that and bringing someone new in doesn’t always work out and I don’t think there would be any big name, good coaches knocking the doors down to coach at Vidor. Admittedly I was not impressed with the coordinators early on and thought we could be doing some things differently. I have felt that way at times for the past several seasons but apparently they are trying new things, making changes and opening it up a little bit. Second point, I’m sure 7 is not all they have but it felt that way last night. Nobody else really got it going and I would have used him even more. We simply could not stop him, very good RB but I wouldn’t be using him on defense against a team like Vidor. To your 3rd point, if we move up then we move back up. No big deal, I’d like to see us playing PNG and Ned again. 5a may have some good teams but there are also some programs that aren’t all that consistent. The Pirates have shown in the past they can compete and win there.

Pretty shallow to think ego is the motivation for all HC or AD interests.

Coach bashing is done by morons that think they know more than they do because they sit in front of a TV for most college/pro games.. in turn making them believe that their knowledge supersedes the individuals that actually spend a majority of their week preparing, practice planning, studying game film, talking amongst actual peers/professionals in the field of coaching, facilitating practices, managing student/athletes on and off the field, juggling students' mental/psychological issues, holding students accountable for good/bad play and classroom behavioral circumstances, along with a limitless list of other dealings that go into what affects decisions made during a game.. while trying to win said game. Coach bashing is also done by people that would've played D1 "but their coach didn't like them". It probably had nothing to do with them being a below average player at an average (at best) high school with average to below average competition. I'm sure that people who bash coaches spend some time coaching peewee and telling the kids/parents that they were All-State when they played and had chances to go pro but got hurt. I'm sure that people who bash coaches couldn't do 10 pushups today or run 100 yards in an afternoon. Change my mind.
