Took a lot of willpower for me not to get on the MCM thread and say something, lol. But out of respect for that great game I resisted. For as I’m concerned, right now the Vidor rivalry is with Splendora. I watched (again) the Hudl highlights of us losing to them last year. Still boggles my mind.

And welcome. Yep, since the Big Rivalry is no longer on the schedule, Vidor vs Nederland, Vidor vs Ltown can replace it. Ned replaced Vidor with PNG. Just hope “you know who” is sitting on the Ltown side. 😂😂

Side Note if remembered correctly: It was last game of the regular season LCM went to #1 ranked Jasper & pulled off the upset. My pastor Cazzy Francis was a soph. WR that year. Don Richards was SR. QB & completed the only pass of the game for LCM to Cazzy that set up the 37 yard field goal to win the game. LCM was 6-4 in 1979. Don Richards went on to start at QB for Mcneese a couple years & Francis went on to QB LCM & at Arkansas State.

Can't keep a head coach around long enough to build a program up. Hard to establish any type of program when you run off the coach every 2 years.

BH rushed for over 300 against PAM as well. I believe Hagler wast over 150 there too.

You know it was a weird week when the jinx herself ( @RaiderGirl2010 ) had a good week in pickems.

I’ve seen Lumberton, LCM, Livingston, & Vidor in person. Haven’t seen HH so I won’t comment on that, but LCM & Vidor will both beat Livingston, OF outplayed Livingston IMO despite the last second loss. LCM beat OF pretty soundly in their scrimmage & is much more physically impressive. Lumberton has no chance, way too slow & not nearly physical enough. Also watched Splendora play HF & wasn’t all that impressed. So I’m conceding that HH will be in the playoffs, but the next three teams in my opinion based off watching them in person is Vidor, LCM, Livingston, in that order.

If our front 7 has anything to say about it we will those kids are monsters.

Faircloth is a winner & good person. I know PNG wants a state title every year, but understand how hard it is to get there. There is a lot more talented teams than PNG that have never been to one. It took WB almost 40 years to go back and look at the history of all the talent to go through that school.

No need to put accolades, I'm just repeating what some people I spoke with in PNG said (Take that for what it's worth). I haven't lived there in 10 years and have no clue as to the internal situation. I personally think PNG over achieves every year, which speaks volumes about the coach and players hearts. Once again, didn't mean to start a debate whether Faircloth should be gone or not.

Agree. Funny, there is a run game. Everything runs so smoothly with a run game. Defense played their best game to date. Pressure on the QB is a must. Great win.

Think about this for a second chief,this is the same coaching staff that went to state 4 years in a row winning 2.With that said do you honestly believe the oc is that bad?Like he forgot how to call a play or something!The issue is personnel IMO,Zig is a hell of a athlete but he is not a QB,just think about it for me or by all means go take his job if you think you need to!

Any rational WO-S fan knows we can’t compete with Carthage. That’s not to say we’re afraid of them but they clearly are the better team with better athletes. This is coming from a long time WO-S diehard supporter and graduate.
