Remember when I saw Jack Dallas in his first scrimmage.I thought boy are we in trouble.As Paul Harvy would say you know the rest of the story.Scrimmages are to find where you need work, change personal and such but you know this.Coach T saw what you saw and will fix it in time.Be patient.

That's one thing to take from the scrimmages, the other is hopefully no one suffered major injuries. 😎

Y'all will probably still win district. We're just that good.

The biggest victory is all these kids got to strap up and hit someone new finally. 🤣

14-0 final WOS I didn’t see anybody get hurt, that’s the best thing I take away from this scrimmage.

Might be worse than BOJO this year. We can’t even get the coach to give us a Setx sports LCM preview. Do you think he’s gonna try to make some kind of trade mark? I doubt it. But our ex supertendant will spend 30k on a grove sign on the gym to honor her name.

The 1 year I coached in Warren, the only Jr High football victory was over SFA. Likely it was the only win at any level against SFA ever for Warren

For Lumberton’s sake, I hope not. That being said, it’s early. Y’all will get better, other teams will have injuries and then there’s COVID. I’m resolved to being happy that my son is playing football his senior year. Let’s all be happy we have that - that those boys have that - at least for now. Your Bears will be ok.

I thought the Defense look pretty good. Offensive line needs to work on their run blocking but that was expected with the season ending knee injury to the center Courtney Davis. And with 3 new starters on the line

Lumberton had some high points and some low points. As expected. It’s a scrimmage. It’s why you have them. Same as pre-district games. The district play is what matters most from my perspective. Just glad it started.

Another little tidbit. To my knowledge, no one mentioned Trumps Impeachment (unless they did last night). If it was valid, you’d think that would’ve been a big talking point all 4 nights. If what’s going on in Seattle & Portland are the plans for fixing the country, no thank you.

It really helped that we got 3 turnovers, made it a lot better than I expected. I could see most of the scrimmage from my truck, figured I wouldn't get a spot to park but there was plenty of room! Made my night!

WO-S Athletic Secretary Thereze Sichko posted this in a Facebook WO-S closed group in response to the very question of ticket sales: "There will not be any season ticket sales. All seats will be general admission with a limited capacity of tickets being sold. Football athletes families and season ticket holders will be able to purchase first, then the remainder will go on sale to Public and then remainder of tickets sent to gates on Friday nights for home games........ticket sales will be the same day and hours as before for the public. Thursday 9-12 & 1-3pm and Friday 9-12 only. Then whatever is unsold of our capacity will be sent to the gate."
