God, I love Texas and its commitment to our values as Americans… Last night, we finished our Regular Session and our second 30 day special session. Here is what was accomplished: - $1.8 B Funding for a Texas border wall. - Texas CDC created. - Fetal heartbeat bill. - Balanced budget $250 B. - Strengthened the Texas Power Grid - Property tax reductions. - Best election integrity reform in US. - Toughest ban on critical race theory in the nation. - Churches and gun stores can never be closed by the government in a pandemic or emergency ever. - 10th amendment Texas sovereignty reaffirmed. Arguably the most conservative session in Texas history. Boldest pro life bill. No State has ever set out to build it’s own wall. A giant ‘we got this’ to the national CDC. Showing 49 other states and the feds you can still balance a budget even with 4 million unemployed and a Covid year clean up. Telling the world if you're going to cheat in elections in Texas… We're coming for you. Telling 6 million Texas children… You will never be shamed or told to feel guilty for your skin color. Telling every mayor and County Judge that you will never shut a church down again while you allow Home Depot's and protesters to gather at will with as many people as they want. And telling the world that Texans will never stand for ammunition to be restricted or gun stores to be closed during any crisis. And any city in Texas that ever reduces a police budget from now forward will lose all sales tax revenue collections until they reinstate that budget. I guarantee you every police force in every city across America will know what we just did and the pressure will be on for all of these blue cities to get their act together and respect the blue. Basically, the exact opposite of the White House. The Biden Administration and the rest of the nation should take notice… Texans will not compromise our values, we’ll never apologize for who we are and the freedoms we love. Texas will run Texas. I love the great state of TEXAS!!! Over the the last year I’ve met more people from other countries and states than I ever have. They all have one thing in common, their assessment of Texans. Everyone of them have talked to me about the pride that Texas people have in our state. I just smile and say it’s a Texas thing, stick around long enough and you will understand. TEXAS PRIDE!!!

Although I support Ned, I would like to see a close game as a test for Ned’s defense and offensive play calling. The games and teams coming up in district won’t be like the game last night.

The weather was awful on the field, players were saying that the ball was getting wet. The humidity played a factor in why players were getting cramps on the field. I can see LCM making some noise this year and winning some games. I'm not sure what took place between # 59 WOS and LCM's center but #59 is a mild mannered young man. I was impressed with WOS- O- line they are big and quick. Gales was a beast, and Carmelo Jones was my player of the game, Congrats Mustangs!

Whoa... LCM played pretty dang well. I'll say this for them, they kept on fighting all the way to the end. LCM has really improved, seems like they have a different mindset than in the past. Good job Bears.

BH OL is legit and qb and rb ate tough runners. Secondary is bad which is why I don’t understand why we should have killed them with #3 and # 9. BH will lean on you, but the defense gotta find stops. PAM gotta cut back in the penalties and staff gotta make better personal and play decisions

Indians defense is being led by a very good DC. It was very nice to see his design being executed.

I told folks that PNG defense was the stronger half of the team. not that our(jasper) "new" offense is elite at this point by any means I thought yall defensively did a good job. congrats on the win

I’ll admit the coaching change was a difference from what I saw tonight.

Both teams meeting at midfield for a big group prayer, good sportsmanship all around. I will say this referee crew tonight was spot on, I disagree with a few of their calls but they controlled the game well. Quickly spotted the ball and down markers correctly, marked off penalties with out any issues. You grow to appreciate the little things when you see the bad crews look lost out there.

Just came too after watching/listening to the pay per view debacle😂 my God I have never seen a game fall apart so quickly when your 5 minutes from OT! I feel bad for Abseck after that game! BH has to get tough and finish a game. How do you give up 4 scores in under 5 minutes? I would not wanted to be on that bus going home last night. Outside of that BH you played tough bringing PAM all the wanted on their home field way better than I expected, so keep that heading into next week. Congrats PAM y’all did what you had to do and most importantly played the last 5 minutes😀. Goodluck next week and beyond I think we both learn form this one.

Man, I wish I could post these videos of the plays we missed. Play calling was superb last night if we just hit the open receivers. We were never going going to be able to hold up to that Manvel o-line all night, especially with a back like Demontre Seymour which we probably won’t see for the rest of the year. You would’ve been able to take a whole bunch of money from me if you bet me we were going to hold them to 28 offensive points though. They used their size and pounded the ball on us at will at times but the only real mistake we made was a bad run fit on which Seymour hits us for about 70 basically untouched. Their qb went untouched on a read-option keeper but we were at the point where we had to sell out on Seymour so it was what it was. Even with Crosby getting in their own way, if we don’t have middle school level execution on the fg attempt we probably go into the half with a 10-7 lead. I mean, we roll the snap back there and kick it into one of our own linemen and it bounces right into the hands of a Manvel defender. We haven’t done that the whole 4 years Helburg has been our kicker and we probably won’t again. OC dials up a double move on one play and perfectly timed wheel route Manvel busts a coverage on on another play, they’re both wide arse open and we miss them both. Crosby is driving to tie it up before the half and Manvel gets us in like 3rd and 8. Manvel plays cover 1 man under and gets pressure off the left side with the Boston College commit, qb rolls right and had been effective running so the corner comes off the WR early leaving him WIDE open for a td and we don’t even see him. We’re going to make that play. At the end of the day we’ve just played Carthage and Manvel and the defense is giving up 24ppg. We’ve given up 14 points on special teams which I know for a fact will get fixed. Offense isn’t where you want it to be but it does feel like we’re on the verge. I thought it was a lot more likely that we would be 0-2 than 2-0 at this point in the season but I feel a heck of a lot better than I thought I would.

Yes, he’s #40. Manvel had a double team on him almost all night and basically neutralized him. Still made a few plays but their scheme against him is why they probably ran for 300 yards on us. Considering the personnel on the field I thought there was very high level play in the trenches from both sides.
