It makes no difference before school, after school, or the time. Each extra curricular activity must limit students to a maximum of EIGHT HOURS of practice and rehearsal outside the school day per school week. There's also rules for Sundays and holidays.

Transfers form these big schools to Crosby means one of 2 things IMO 1.) they can’t start for those teams or 2.) they are getting in to trouble and moving. Still might be a good player , but it’s not a given

Sorry Bro but Lumberton’s running back is not no Morris. He’s a good back but it’s not even close. I still think Lumberton should win this game but with the weather conditions LCM will hang around if they get ball in Morris’s hands. The kid is a special player.

Everybody is coming back except for 2 players. They lost one kid who sometimes started. Bench should be better than last year. One player who got injured early last year and didn't play should be back, and some other younger players should be able to step up more.

I think you nailed it! When you can't get coaches in athletic classes or all the athletes in for that matter, it hurts the program. Beaumont has inferior facilities to those in the 6A district they are trying to compete in. When you're trying to compete against schools that have better middle school facilities than your varsity has, it's pretty damn hard to compete. You also have fight the administration! They ask you what you need to compete and you tell them, they never deliver! Whether, it be an upgrade in facilities or more coaches or students in the period, it's never done in Beaumont. If you ask for ten things, you might get lucky and get, maybe two of those things. Just some things to ponder when assessing the Beaumont schools.

Part of that promoting restrictive lung disease atmosphere that "powder driven intellectuals" just love!!!😝

That sounds horrible. We need to push our state legislators to protect our student athletes. Full coverage under the UIL should be the norm. Not just for the gridiron, but all sports for all genders. Dade Phelan should be getting some calls about this.

HJ vs Barbers Hill was set for Nov 5th, But was cancelled by Barbers Hill to play another team instead. The Lady Hawks will be just fine this year.
