The rankings of best players got me thinking about some of my favorite players in the past. Whatever happened to the big cat? I heard he went to that IMG Prep in Florida. Did he sign somewhere? I heard Oklahoma came to Orangefield to look at him. Any of y'all know where he went?

He is playing at South Plains College in Levelland. After going back and forth with the NCAA for almost a year, he resigned himself to go the JUCO route and picked South Plains over Hutch in Kansas. True story - he turned in his letter one morning in August and that same afternoon (again after a year of working on this to no resolution), the NCAA finally cleared him for D1. The one benefit of said clearance is now he is free to move to a D1 school after one year instead of having to spend 2 years at a juco as a non-qualifier.

The Bobcats are always a tough out. Much respect to Coach Smalley for going after the win.

Just this year, in two Democratic Caucuses, while saying the Pledge of Allegiance, the words “under God” were omitted. The vast majority of Christian Denominations are against abortion, but to the Democratic Party, it’s okay to murder the innocent unborn. During the recent Democratic “Peaceful Protest” (that’s a misnomer if there ever was one) many Christian Churches have been burned and vandalized. Christian Statues have been toppled and/or painted with graffiti. Since the Democratic Party is Godless, and anyone that doesn’t agree with them is called racist, then being a Christian is racist. Do you know that? I post on a predominately liberal FB site, and have been called many names, but most often, it’s racist. Name calling is all that’s left when one has lost a discussion. Btw, on that site, I’ve seen many derogatory post against Christians. And your retort, That’s just a few extremist. But please place a link where any prominent Democrat has condemned the above actions. You won’t because they haven’t. I played for EC in the 75 and 76 game. Never forget the game in 75. Twisted my ankle bad then I ran the wrong route on a pass and Ricky Luquette intercepted it and ran it back about 70 yds for a TD for Lumberton. I got so tired of hearing the band play The Raiders Go Rolling Along!!

While I always root for my Raiders, it'll really depend on who we throw passes too. Need to completely shut down the turnovers and then do another good job on the penalties like we did in Silsbee,. As for me, if the game takes as much out of me as the first two games then this will probably be my last game to physically go to until my doctor fixes my heart. Thank goddness for game broadcasts but then again it's not as fun as being there. It's hell getting old.
