PNG must protect the QB when he needs to pass. That will be the key to the offense. Memorial knows we want to run, but we "NEED" to pass to be effective. If Memorial can protect their QB, PNG will give up points. The QB can break out & run, at anytime for the Titans. PNG needs to contain. I expect an exciting game. I don't really know about them. I think they may be a little off. Last year, I believe they lost to a few 3A teams. This may be a big jump in year 1 at this level. Of course, I think Randle is going to have more issues with Angleton than people realize also. Angleton won't be in awe of them, and they're at a level now where other teams are going to have multiple D1 prospects. I'm very familiar with Angleton's talent, and they have it in abundance in key areas along with excellent coaching. While LWC is awesome, a one-man show is tough to do against other multiple D1's. Like others have said, when Randle won it, they had a solid QB, and another RB to compliment LWC. They don't have either this year. We really won't know about Randle--even after the SOC rematch--because they won't really face much outside of Angleton until the PO's. IC is depleted. FWD is solid. But, not spectacular. To me, there's not much else in 11-5A this alignment. Certainly not like 12-5A, or 9-5A.

I'm not quite sure what you're trying to do here? I never said that good individual 3A players couldn't go to a bigger school and play? I'm from Newton buddy and we have several kids every year that can go play at 90% of 6A teams. I'm not sure why you made that statement. However, the kid coming over from 5AD1 state semifinalist Port Arthur Memorial that holds several D1 offers will be a standout at East Chambers and the 3A level. They won't go win state by any means, but that kid will shine at this level. Top 3A schools could not play with TOP 6A teams, but yes, they can play with some of the worst 6A teams.
