Tell someone with different beliefs hi and go on. Life is too damn short to be fighting/arguing all the time! FYI... NO one is right when it comes to fighting/arguing and trying to prove a point. **I voted for President Trump (both times).

I didn’t listen to the entire show but the part I did listen to they didn’t mention Port Arthur. Port Arthur is the King of this district until someone kicks them off their throne. They said Laporte made a run last year. That run was into the Bi-District round. No disrespect to Laporte. Just repeating what those uninformed individuals said. They also each have a love affair with Lufkin for some reason. Maybe I am off my meds with these predictions but here are mine: 1. PAM 2. Laporte 3. Beaumont Westbrook 4. New Caney 5. Beaumont United 6. Lufkin 7. Goose Creek Memorial 8. Baytown Sterling 9. Galveston Ball

UIL just converted to Rankone for PAPFs. It was not available till July 1st. No PAPFs could be processed sooner for any school in the state.

Look at the comments and links posted above, he appears to have been enrolled in BH for a few months and even played in the Spring Game, with a whole arss news article write up on him. That's what I mean about this going on for several months without a resolution. Like, what in the world is happening here.

BH could have sent the PAPF during the spring before the conversion...but they elected to hold off...really no rush as long as its done before Week 1

The process will be the process....I dont know which boxes will be checked but I was told by a good source there will be a DEC meeting....these things are hard to predict once you get to a hearing...what I do know is if the DEC doesnt approve it...the odds of UIL granting an appeal are slim and none

All I'm saying is this, if it gets to the district committee, those schools would be wise not to open this can of worms. The amount of movement at the 6A level is staggering and if it's good for the goose, it's good for the gander....or in this case...the Eagle.

I really think the district may be fairly wide open for PO spots. I just don’t have a clue about NC & Ball. Rangers have some experience coming back. Wizord may be right, and they may surprise. He’s been around a long time. Usually he has a pretty good take on things. I do know the Dawgs are coming in mad with vengeance on their mind. They’ve been stewing for months. But, I still think they may start out slow. Wouldn’t doubt if it was more like the 2024 season.

For y’all & Lufkin fans—since Lufkin doesn’t really have much major metro coverage—this is a weekly show on broadcast TV (local CBS channel 11 Houston I think), and this YouTube channel that will talk 9-5A D1 teams every week since half of the district teams are considered GHA. The YouTube channel will discuss 9-5A D1 every week. The TV program may only hit highlights. Stepp usually joins the YouTube channel every week with his thoughts as well.

This is a must watch! Very eye opening. A little long but worth the watch. I knew something hasn’t been right with our elections for the last 15 years or so.

The smoke screens are always there. Maybe 15 years ago, there was a case of police officers with a valid warrant went into a guy’s home looking for marijuana. After entry was made the suspect went for a gun that was shot and killed. The narrative in some media accounts and the usual anti police crowd was that the resident was killed for selling marijuana. How ludicrous can they be? Apparently quite a lot. The guy wasn’t killed because he possessed marijuana. He was killed because he went for a gun to shoot the police. How many police shootings start off as a minor traffic offense, but the driver, unbeknownst to the officer, has just committed a major crime somewhere and is getting away or perhaps it’s committing a felony at that moment in the car? In such cases the drivers weren’t shot because they were speeding or had an expired license plate. It’s like the same in some of these cases. The media makes a big deal of, “He wasn’t the target of the investigation!”. What has that got to do with the use of force? That’s a trick question. The answer is absolutely nothing. If the officers are wrong, then I hope they get indicted. It needs to come from the facts of the situation and not whether he was the target or simply because he was fleeing. The smoke screens are a targeted response to keep from getting at the facts.

First, I understand your general interest. WV had a great run, he was their QB, and he and his family are high profile. That said, keep in mind BH has been deemed "no longer in SETX coverage" due to its new district, and that's OK. In turn, BH just won't have the same coverage and number of posters and info here in the future. BH news and discussion will likely be quite limited ahead. I know some BH posters simply lost interest here and moved on, while some others just got tired of all the BH bashing and misinformation allowed. They had their fill of it and didn't need that BS anymore. They are gone. The bottom line is, the news that Babin has left WV is all that's really pertinent to SETX. Where he ends up (out of SETX coverage) is incidental. Again, I do understand your general curiosity. We will all know for sure pretty soon. Its just a few weeks away. That's just "my 2 cents", nothing more.
