Definitely a good game. Quarterbacks first game he has ever played at qb and you could definitely tell. I am just flabbergasted by how many center qb exchange fumbles and interceptions. Had to have had at least 10 snap fumbles unbelievable. The kids on both sides played hard and was a great game. Good luck rest of the season HD! We are going to take down the pirates and shake the district up!! I think you all might have a little different opinion of those Rebels after tonight’s game. I disagree with your nephew. 😬 Evadale had two chances to score in the last two minutes of the first half and were stopped both times by HD defense. HD is not down this year. They are a young team that is better than it’s been in at least 4 years. They’ll be district champs next year if they can keep this team together. Their main RB didn’t play until 2nd half or score would have been higher. I can really see HD winning a first round playoff game this year. While it may not be much to a lot of teams, it would be huge for this team going into the offseason. Good luck to Evadale on the rest of season

The thing that lost the game for GCM, was the fact they went away from that one dimension, PAM did not have an answer for the power/dive/stretch. When the ball was handed off to the RB they were getting 4-7 yards a pop. Pitre had the TD in the 1st, and a few other decent runs, but other than that they were hitting him in the back field Bc they were spying him, and the OL can’t hold the blocks while he’s back there running around. The way you neutralize a defense with stud defensive ends,and speed on the outside, is hitting them with a quick down hill, north and south running game between the tackles, taking them out of the equation. And they did that very successfully, but for some unknown reason, they would try running it outside or throw it down field, just Bc it was 3rd down, resulting in numerous 4th and shorts which led to punts. PAM is a damn good team, and won the game, GCM play calling, lost them the game.

Ball lost their starting QB to a broken arm last night. PAM will probably pitch a shut out. Titans by 25+

I agree. Ran that lineup first series late in 3rd quarter and scored on big play on first snap. Next series in the 4th we fumble on 2nd down on bad pitch. Then the last two series with them both in neither touched the ball with only FB up the middle and QB sneak to run out the clock. Definitely creates a different dynamic with #2 and #3 both on the field together. Won’t see it again much until the playoffs with SP, HI and BV left on the schedule.

Alright boys, we are gonna set the record straight on the officiating for the Deweyville game. Here are the official stats for HD Offense vs. Deweyville Defense: HD had 92 Total yards before penalties on both sides were assessed. H-D had 95 yards in penalties offensively, and should have had more considering they were false starting on the majority of their plays (Only 5 were called). They were also called for illegal formation and delay of game. Deweyville had 40 yards in penalties defensively, leaving HD with 43 total yards of offense. Overall, Deweyville had 6 penalties for 60 yards. HD had 14 penalties for 125 Yards. 5 of HD's penalties were personal fouls, 3 of those were unsportsmanlike conduct. Can't drop the F-bomb on the ref or throw your helmet. After all penalties assessed to both sides, Deweyville had 445 yards of Total Offense. Hope this helps clear things up. Peace
