Evadale has to be willing to host. With their girls being in the playoffs, that venue may not have been an option.

It seems Evadale would've made more sense. EC is pretty far for both teams.

It's crazy to me that you guys lump Ware in with the group responsible for killing the program. If anything, he has been responsible for bringing them back to relevancy over the past couple of years.

Lumberton (or Kountze) are nearly home games for Silsbee. Doubt that ever happens. It should be at West Brook, but I don't think they want to host a playoff game. May as well get ready for East Chambers.

West Brook makes the most sense location wise if it's Silsbee/HJ. That means the game will be played in East Chambers.

Probably the same as Nederland feels about Joseph at PNG

TV/Print coverage area I believe. It's run by the Jefferson County Lions Club.

HJ should beat Splendora Friday to set up that 1st round matchup. HJ and Silsbee girls also would play each other in the 3rd round Monday or Tuesday if they both win Friday. A double header with boys and girls would be awesome. Even tho Silsbee will roll HJ. The girls game should be really good.

Maybe, but I don't put a lot of stock in the first few games, up or down.

Just got word that Huffman beat Splendora tonight. HJ will play Splendora, Friday night 6pm at Huffman. Winner plays Silsbee.

Not sure yet. If Splendora won tonight it will be Splendora. If they lost then HJ and Splendora will have to play a play in game for 4th seed.

They are better than previous years but this not winning on the road is pathetic especially to a team you handled very easily from start to finish the 1st time. where is the mental preparation? They have no business losing to IW i don’t know the specifics to the game but several players must ve not played due to injury or illness. Something’s gotta change in the road prep pre game schedule come tourney time your not playing at home.

BC’s batting and fielding is poor. They better figure it out if they want to do more than compete for a district title.

That brings up two points in my mind. 1. It kind of cancels the, “we can’t disregard a minority” if it’s obvious by the internal polls that Biden will poll better or for that matter, anyone else such as Gavin Newsom. 2. I think her demographics and gaining votes based on that cancels #1. Let’s face it, if it’s two old white guys running, many people will not be inspired and will stay home. If it is any kind of minority whether by race, sex, age, ethnicity, sexual preference status and so on, it can guarantee that a percentage of people who might not really care about voting will all of a sudden be galvanized to vote. It doesn’t have to be much to change the election. Remember that it doesn’t matter who is more popular, it matters who shows up on Election Day.
