Just wanted to express my thanks to SETXsports and all the fans that tuned into Charlie & I this year. With a shout out to TexanLive for using our audio broadcast with your live feed. It has been an honor to express our excitement, frustration and in Charlie's case, homerism. He is a die hard Tigers fan no doubt. In case you didn't already know it. It didn't end the way we wanted it to for the Tigers but we will be back. also, know we don't do this for the recognition. We do this for the football fans who can't travel, for the shift workers who are parents and for anyone who tunes in from across the state. Bless the Tigers. Bless the 409. Bless the young men who leave it all out there just like those of us who played. Wig & Chavo. We out.

No doubt the dogs are a big underdog but bellville is not 60 points better than silsbee or jasper. That game snowballed in a big way on the tigers. Same could happen this week, but that’s why they play the games. Not sure how much better bellville is than franklin, but that game film will be watched over and over this week by both teams. No one gave Jasper much a chance against LH running this same offense and they had a 2000 yard rusher and 2-1000 yard rushers with a 4th close to 1k yards. Frankly, we didn’t stop them either except on the goal line to win the game I think the difference here is bellville can play defense. The year we beat LH they couldn’t touch Jasper’s speed at all. Go dogs.

Yea 9 time and defending state champ Carthage has probably never played the likes of players Bellville has.

if I was Huntsville I would agree to play at Livingston and have Reba announce the game.

Bellville needs to score 64 points in each of the last 3 games to become the #1 slot t offensive in the Nation all time. They only need 66 points to be ranked in the top 100 for high school scoring offenses in the nation for all time. It's an incredible feat when you run the ball 90% of the time.

For the last few years, PNG has gotten out of school at 1pm on Fridays for district road games. I don’t think we’ve had a Thursday game yet. Yes it affects school at all ages, not just HS.

I always wondered what it would look like to see a team with athletic players run the Slot-T. I've seen it now in Bellville and it's impressive. Still pulling for the Dawgs to pull off the upset. Go Dawgs !!!

Good idea to possibly cover the other 5ad1. But I think we still need the 6A district too. Thats also depending on how many other split divisions we cover. Currently our total is 12.

It was no knock against Franklin. Squeezing by Woodville and beating Diboll by 2 TDs is not in the same realm as what Bellville did to Silsbee in my opinion based on what I believe I know about football in SE Texas. And for what it is worth, I hope Bellville is not better than Franklin because that would give Jasper a shot at an upset. If Bellville is markedly better than Franklin then Jasper is in for a long night I am afraid.

Makes more sense for Cleveland and New Caney to be in the Humble district to me. This 6A region over here can be shifted in so many different possibilities that it is just a huge guess on what it will look like. The 5A realignment looks pretty realistic. Except Lufkin sure sticks out like a sore thumb these days. No one for a couple counties for them to play in district anymore it seems. I bet they stick them in the same group they are in with those mesquite schools and tyler. Then Crosby can slip over into the district with BH.

Columbus also beat Madisonville pretty bad who just got handled by Lorena. Lorena vs Franklin was decided by a last sec FG. But only reason I spoke up was because the comment of "how much better is Bellville then Franklin". Bellville has a hell of a team but if a game is on the line in the playoffs I'm riding with the team that is playing for its 4th straight trip to Jerry world and a head coach with the record of 56-4 and a playoff record of 21-1 with the only lost being by 1 in the championship. As i'm sure you would do the same and ride with the Bellville coaching staff and team. I want to pull for jasper to win because we played them but at the end of the day you ride with you're own as in the SLOT-T MAFIA.

Definitely not and as of lately Huntsville fans have been traveling very well so a venue like that would definitely not hold.

Peiper went 2-8 last year. Now they are playing for the Regional Championship against Liberty Hill in their 2nd year of varsity football. Peiper wins 53-46

Future is bright for sure but “seriously” only homer thinks he is the best 5A QB in Texas. 53% 1100 yds 14td and 2int they don’t ask him to do too much and he has done great in that capacity, but best QB in state should shoulder the load…ala Jake South from SA Pieper has 41 passing TDs and his team is playing today.
