We will be fine at Legacy. We sold it out for the Semi-final game and many Indian fans and other fans from the area sat on the LH side. The lady working concessions told me it was the first time she had saw a side entirely sold out and that they were running out of certain items in the concessions. I am unaware if its true or not. I already have been told that some of my friend's from Nederland are coming and that quite a few will be there. Also a family I met after the Brenham game said to expect some Green and White amongst the Purple and White. So whomever makes it Ty we welcome your support. Come be part of our family if you desire. You will be welcomed with open arms. Also Ty to all the area folks who support us in the playoffs. We are blessed to have you.

PN-g people should be excited that they have somewhere to park. I wonder how many will bring their golf carts to the game so they can park closer.

I don’t think PNG will have much of a problem here. Rouse did have a good win against Belton, but I don’t think Belton is that great. District 11 should be finishing their season on Friday.

I hope those from other schools who come wear their own colors. I want them to let everyone know they’re there. It’s a tradition I’d love to see get going. When Nederland is in the playoffs and png isn’t, I’d love to see their whole side in black, gold, purple, and white. And I’d love a sea of black and gold sitting with us this week.

I don’t think LBJ is nearly as good as they were last year. Huntsville is gonna be too physical for them IMO.

Credible sources did confirm it was the first sale out for that stadium. Liberty Hill brought a really good crowd too but it was probably 75% PNG fans…lol! Hopefully the Indian Nation Stadium Tour and pep rally’s at Buc-ee’s continues for several more weeks 😁

Since I work for Huntsville ISD I want to say the guys that usually broadcast the game actually goes to different places and that stadium lets them broadcast either on the home side or visiting side. Texas City ISD was gracious to let them host last night and they was talking about doing the next game as well so usually I will post a link on here or you can look it up on YouTube.

I wanna watch that one.

I watched majority of the game. #22 that big RB for Texas City barely could move the ball against Huntsville and he couldn't catch damn near any pass they threw at him because the ball was too slippery. The RB for Huntsville (which I know personally) didn't fare much better but he had some good runs when it mattered most. Huntsville did get a call in the 4th that helped them late in the game which by me being a football fan it should have went to Texas City but the refs saw it differently and it resulted in an INT and Huntsville got it to win the game.

Rouse is scrappy. Not overly talented, deep, big, or fast, but scrappy.

I guess so. It never was 42-7 for 1. It was 35-14 before they threw the hail Mary at the end of the 1st half. They were subbing on their defense from the first series. Nothing changed that way the entire game.

They had a good win vs Belton but not much else really sticks out. Bad losses to Pflugerville and University. If PNG can go out and establish themselves as the more physical team then we should win. Different areas in the state play different types of football. Coach Joseph has transformed this team into a blue collar, punch you in the mouth team. They’re very well coached and the game plans are always simple which allows the kids to play fast. That’s a good recipe for success at this level.

If Foreman is the answer, you’re asking the wrong question. He hasn’t won much anywhere else, but he’ll turn into a world beater if he comes back to Orange? I’m not buying in.

Cornel Thompson would come back if we had a new Superintendent. Toby Foreman would also like to take over. But the Superintendent we have is the problem. Everyone gripes here but no one goes to the school board meeting to complain. I did, and not one other person showed up. They take public comments first, and then you can leave.

I smell a tough game. Hope the team doesn’t look past Leander to Montgomery LC. Leander seems pretty good. Some size. No gauge on the comparative strength of their schedule, but that’s unreliable analysis most of the time anyway. We need to play our best game so far to get past them. We looked great against Brenham, but we can’t ignore how much Brenham’s mistakes helped us out (short punts, fumbles). We benefitted from short fields all night. This isn’t to take credit from the team for capitalizing on (and sometimes creating) those mistakes. Our defense got an anaconda grip on them from the beginning and never let go. Here’s hoping we do the same next week.

Although I do believe coaching was subpar all around. This team is very young. Best lineman and starting quarterback was out against a very good team (no excuses)but we said we needed a change a few years ago and got Morgan(So that’s that) We can say coaching needs to be better but I don’t believe like many, that top coaches in the state will even entertain coming to PAM for many reasons. I also hear “with the athletes Pam has”. maybe for this area but outside of that it’s a little better than average compared to the average playoff team. If PAM can grab a good coach then go for it if not let Morgan run this at least till the sophomores graduate. Many fans thought and still think that combining 3 mediocre football schools will translate to a gift wrapped state championship trophy. It’s just not realistic expectations.

Because typically the home side seats more fans and PNG travels, makes sense

I predicted this when CT retired Well he was pushed out ! Harris and Hickman need to hit the road, this experiment had failed miserably , but there might be some folks that are still happy . This is embarrassing for the school and the community , I feel really bad for these kids . They are the ones really paying the price !
