  1. No did what he had to do to win 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
  2. Lumberton was missing 3 starters and 2 important subs.
  3. you don’t opt up for competition reasons you opt of for budgeting reasons.
  4. Well all know why HJ is doing this, they have won 1 game in 2 years. They are doing this for one sport that’s it.
  5. as long Lumberton is in 4A it will compete..they have a solid rb coming back and a good Oline. If you can block up front and have a really good rb that’s an ingredient to be successful
  6. just seems it’s the easy way out, if it was to save money and budgeting purposes then I’m for it but to try and win more then I’m against because Hj has won in this district before with other head coaches
  7. usually you opt up because it helps to save money and etc and it makes sense you don’t opt up because you can’t compete
  8. just because you work at HJ doesn’t mean you are right lol, it’s a uil thing it’s a div 1 and div 2 thing. Seems like a soft move out of bass’s play book if you ask me or whatever playbook they have
  9. so all in all might be a coaching thing at HJ because they do have athletes
  10. let’s be honest Lumberton won when Babin was there and made the playoffs in 5a, we dropped down and he made the playoffs in 4A. Then the best football group comes up as soph in a 3 year span who are really good athletes and they dominate. It’s not like Lumberton program was in bad shape when coach Reyes came in, Babin did a pretty good job reyes just runs a better offense that suits his personnel that he has right now.
  11. so they go 1-19 the last 2 years and they want to find the easy way out. Maybe go find a new coach
  12. competition, they lost to lcm bad this year. They must be talking about HJ or liberty
  13. Go compete and get better don’t take the easy way out
