As pointed out earlier, when we got the ball on the 1 Ft line, & backups in, many coaches would’ve let them run it in. Not Matthews. The fact he is a Class Act is why he’s still HC here, and probably will be as long as he wants it. That, despite the fact many fans hate the Slot T. As I always point out, we’re 5-4 and all 5 of those victories were against spread offenses, and most with bigger, faster people. I can’t begin to tell you how many times Vidor RB’s have broken loose this year and were dragged down from behind. For other teams TD, for Vidor - another first down.

Shucks, why hold back now? And before you give the same old tired replies... YES, we know that you're tired of first round exits. YES, we know that you're PAM’S biggest fan! YES, we know that you want better for the kids. But, tell us something that we don't know for ONCE. Tell us all what's going GOOD for PAM? What's your motivation for supporting the kids of PA? (because essentially they're the ones you consistently attack)

PA was buried statewide after 1 loss. Since we poop on the coaches, credit must be given. 5 turnovers the week before in perfect weather to no turnovers in a monsoon. Great job by all involved

Definitely our coaches cannot evaluate talent. Making a game plan for the week is one thing, but installing the correct personnel is another. This is where I believe Huffman will be Huffman unless our HC holds his coaches accountable. We were definitely down this year, but in my opinion we shouldn’t be this bad. We have decent players! Just not guided correctly. We should of made playoffs!! We still can, but I doubt it!

After a disappointing lost last week I was looking forward to see how they’ll respond. … Good win.

Congrats to the Pirates, its so nice to see their hardwork payoff. I really hope they can make a playoff run, Coach Mathews is a class act.

It's interesting to see how it all worked out. I didn't think we'd be in this position going into the season. A win against Silsbee would put the program ahead of schedule and be a great springboard to the postseason.

We have had a couple of software updates since the start of this site (Dec. 2005) that caused us to lose some content. I do know that the pickems started in the 2006 season and we never missed a year from that point. But like I said, we lost entire forum content with those software upgrades.

Yes he could, and he wasn’t the day one starter this year🤔. Wonder what those coaches were thinking this year. I feel we could of pulled out a few more wins, or closer games if those coaches were kept in check this year!!!!

To be fair this game was about who handled the elements better, we did. But we are fully healthy now unlike last week. Lets go meet KWP.
