I just posted a score projection from Calpreps on this game, to keep people on this site instead of going to other sites. It's just a post on what the expert computer analytics football guys had on the outcome of the game. Different posters have been posting predictions from Calpreps on setxsports forums for years & you are the 1st person I have ever seen in 12 years get their feelings hurt over it. Calm down, find you a safe place to go, nothing offensive towards any team was stated or any forum rules were broken that i am aware of.

As of this morning, only 2300 tickets on the home side have been sold. I find that so hard to believe. I thought PNG would pack both sides with it being 4th round. Prob work schedules and watching online as an option prob have decreased the traveling fan base. I live in Houston now but this Bulldog will be there cheering for the Indians! Can’t wait!

The way FBM handled Lake Creek was a big surprise to me. And I still don't believe those two teams are 37 points apart. But matchups can be funny things. Huge credit to Marshall for a brilliant win but I just don't think the spread has much bearing on what happens Friday. With high school kids the 4th round in December is usually quite different than what happened back in September. Plus the neutral site will bring the teams closer together. Seems to me the spread should be more like 9. And it might just come down to the one that scores last wins.

I got Silsbee by 6. Have to shut down their ground game. Force them in 3rd and long to where they have to throw. Offensively, take advantage of play action. Also, don't have to look for the big play but just control the game with the short passing game.

Basically the score of the first meeting this year. Hopefully, PNG plays mistake free ball this time.

That is what I was talking about. Usually if a am making something for the first time, I follow a known recipe almost exactly. I might then tweak it or experiment with it later. With this CG I used about 3 different ones in a kind of mix and match and didn’t measure anything.

That's a fair challenge. Many have become spoiled by Texan Live or whatever. But still, I bought tickets and plan to be at the game for support, but also because TL is just not the same as being there.

Here is an interesting note since everyone wants to talk about Schedules. Lets throw away the regular season because lets face it that really don't matter now, Lots of people are talking smack on Silsbee has a weak regular season schedule and people are saying the same thing about Cuero so lets talk about the play-offs......... Silsbee has scored 128 points and only given up 31 points. Cuero has scored 93 points and given up 39 points. I mean the playoff is the only thing that matters at this point huh ?

CALPREPS prediction is Cuero by 3 [2022] Cuero (TX)- 34 (58%) [2022] Silsbee (TX)- 31 (42%)

They are unbeaten, but their schedule is trash. The big guys get penalized for playing top teams. Gonzaga is 5-2 but their pre conference schedule will match up with anyone.

How about “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!” Too late for that one though. Bottom line is that not everyone is built to be a HC. If you can’t convey to your players what you want them to do, then let someone who can, take the lead.

HD had no answer for Warren's post player #11. He had 18 points, 14 rebounds, 5 assists. Warren led by 22 early 4th but HD made a run late to lose by 11.

I don’t think lack of hunger or off-season expectations were the issue with LCM. Sometimes, you either have the tools or you don’t. Same goes for Lumberton moving forward. Although, I hope they can keep it up.

This is going to be a bad decision on the FBM coach for not wanting to play in a bigger stadium. Not only will he have to deal with fans on the other side but will have to also deal with PN fans on his side. Let’s go Indians!!!!!!

After almost beating Yates last year in round 2 this is the second time this year WOS has been beat by 50 what is going on??

It would behoove PNG to have time consuming drives to keep FBM offense off the field.

Miller is a great player, but I thought the Tech kid had very good coverage on him much of the night...Miller's first TD I think he did have a step on him, but Brisbane led him perfectly to let Miller go get it w/the step advantage... That 2nd TD was outstanding coverage, it was just a great throw into a tight window....I really enjoyed watching those two go at it.....two outstanding players

Very interesting rematch. I was at that last matchup in 2018 with Whittington for Gobblers and Taylor for Tigers putting in work. This game has a whole new group of stars who are ready to make a name for themselves. I think this Tiger group is stronger on the offensive end. I haven’t seen Cuero this year, but I like Silsbee by 2 scores…

I applaud my friend for being man enough to admit that he has a problem. Many of us feel the same way. I don't think anyone outside of our alumni understands the depth and severity of these problems. To an outsider it seems very trivial. But to those that have layed the foundation, built up the bricks, and hung championship banners. This is a way of life... the Mustang Way.
