I think if PNG will make a few changes personnel wise, this game will not be close. This isn’t rocket science. Put Bergeron at corner, Gohlke at safety, and Wilson Weber at Sam. Move R. Johnson to RB, Long to QB, and have Mgill in the slot and this game isn’t close. Not sure why I am the only one who can see this. Might even try Lumceford and Whitehead on the line. Just my thoughts on the practices I have watched. I think Riggs is over his turf toe as well. So he should be ready come game time. Waguepack can handle the kicking duties for the game if need be if Sandel isn’t back.

If your going to call or reach out do it with respect cause it could definitely be a reason. otherwise neither of these post are gonna help the situation at all imo on a side note, when I played I got called more names from Port Neches, then I ever did from Vidor. And I agree with Soulja Coach Matthews was always one of my fav coaches. Him Stowers and Washington were all pretty close and had the upmost respect for each other

I used to get that while on night patrol back in the mid 80s and the again when I commanded the gang unit in the early 2000s. Double hashbrowns with grilled jalapeños and onions, and covered with country gravy. At our half-price it was about $1.10. I had been on the swat team for about 10 years up until the early 2000s. I was around 180 pounds and would practice by jogging 3 times a week as much as 5 miles a night. After I join the gang unit I gained about 20 pounds in about five months.… literally. 😀

Kinda jerks my chain when we just had a game with Houston Episcopal where both teams kneeled at the center of Pirate field after the game for a big team prayer. The Pirates have always shown the utmost respect and sportsmanship for any team that wants to reciprocate. Under Mathews I have seen them kneel and pray with many teams after wins or losses and now we get this BS from a Christian school over the past when coach has seemingly been at Vidor forever.

Unbelievable. It doesn’t replace the game, but the other team should be charged with a forfeit. What a horrible message that sends to kids and community in both towns… That’s shameful.

Context is key. BH VS PAM was much closer than a 28 point loss. BH was driving with 4 mins left when a bunch of turnovers happened including 2 pick six. until that point BH and PAM were even for 3 quarters and half of fourth. The next week against Heights a athletic 6A school BH scored 40 by the first half. I'm saying there is improvement every week. I'm not saying BH blows crosby out or anything I think it will be a one score game either way, but BH at home by 1 score I don't think is insane. but yes please just think crosby is 43 points better.. in fact yall don't even need to practice, take that week off, and then get off the bus and roll the ball out.

I think the team that lost by 28 to the same opponent that the other team beat by 15 is better. I mean 43 point difference against same opponent one week apart totally means nothing.

I haven’t seen many of the games, but I think the defense will improve, they had a tough night against a potent Silsbee offense. But the team didn’t throw in the towel and still got the W. This game is always a barn burner and will probably be a one score game.

I believe the 8th grade group now at Marshall is a very good group as well and they just got a move in that is every bit 6’3” with big feet to grow into. Probably btwn 185 and 200 lbs. solid frame. He plays football, not sure on bball….and if he doesn’t he may be worth developing. so the 2022-2023 freshman class for brook looks to be good as well.

I respect a coach that will literally “take one for the team.” But just imagine if he could have landed Emoni Bates’ mom???
