Ikr, rarely do we get the opposing teams coaching staff on here to complain about calls in a game that hasn't even been played yet.

I can guarantee he is not a Lumberton coach or any other kind of coach, for that matter. Poor little guy doesn't know the first thing... On second thought, he might be a Splendora coach...

Probably Stevey Belichick himself.

Oh boy, here's another issue. You only have to come set for what, maybe a second? But since ya'll are bringing it up, we have been flagged for that. Illegal procedure, men in motion penalty has been called quite a few times this year.

TBF - This is something you should be trying to do with that offense. Liberty Hill did it on every play until they got flagged for it. then waited couple plays and started doing it again. Sometimes it is an actual penalty other times it is the o-line knowing to wait 1 Mississippi after the snap to move. ball snapped quick everyone else moves, line starts moving .5s later and defensive line wasn't watching the ball just the guy in front of them.

That's why you have to be so disciplined against that offense. They can change the pace on your over and over, fast then slow, then fast and not just the play development but also the snap pace, the amount of time under center can all change based on the time of game, formation advantages, and reads by the qb.

This is the Db coaches telling players to grab jersey on the players side to stay locked into them. They do it until they get flagged but if they don't get flagged for a game why would they stop doing it.

Also, same as offenses that hold on the interior on purpose until they get a penalty called. Same stuff different strategy.

All those things are fouls but if they don't get called give you an extra advantage, so coaches do them until they get called. Surely someone who idolize Ole Bill wouldn't shy from a little rule bending to win.

Talking about how we use illegal low blocks and chop blocks that are going to get somebody hurt bad… sounds like one of their coaches to me lol.

Actually the Raiders need to learn how to get over those blocks. A good hard push straight down on your opponent will shut down the chop or low block. Use their own momentum.

    • That's exactly what I'm opining. In 2022 PN-G went to state, right? They went 3-6 in district in baseball that same year. I bet the only one that knows that stat either played baseball that year or looked it up. I don't think the baseball record hurt the AD's street cred.
    • Stupid Whoopi tries to use God for her argument and shows why she shouldn’t be on tv.
    • Well I have coached around SETX for the last 20 years.. I have not seen many playing in "their school fall ball team".. seen some playing select.. not high school fall ball... IN FACT some schools are not playing in the school fall ball league cause they can not find enough players.. cause most of them play football..
    • I played 3 sports and went on to play college soccer.  But the football coach wasn't having me do contact drills (or kicking drills) in the middle of soccer district, jeopardizing my soccer playoffs, either.  I think that's the issue here.  All of the guys on here who pretty much only care about football think that's the way the AD should run things, and a good AD should be taking care of all athletes and making sure all teams are as successful as possible.
    • Texas is a football mecca, but a good AD still does more than win at just football.  this isn't 30 years ago.  screwing over other programs and only concentrating on football is not a recipe for promotion.  You can't tell me that these big time jobs aren't going to look beyond football record when they have hundreds of applications?
