Why would they arrest their own voters? And we all know that most God-fearing business owners don't vote Democrat.... Why would you vote for somebody who is opposed to your religious views and believes that your business success is inherently evil? These riots aren't a produce of overbearing policing... their a result of silly, new-wave progressive policing. It's kinda comical that the areas in which they have the most progressive policing policies are now experiencing the worst of the violent outbreaks. Coincidence? I think not.

I do find it ironic that Democrat Governors and Mayors have been so quick to arrrest, or disperse folks going to Church and store owners trying to open for business, but fail to do anything about rioters looting, burning and destroying others property. If anyone has an explanation for this disparity in the use of force, please pass it along to me.

I don’t care if they can prove that Chauvin had zero blame as relates to the death of Floyd, for the sake of the nation and racial harmony, he will be going to the joint.

  6. At SETXsports.com, we have been working hard on getting ready for the 2020 football season! As always, we will be starting our annual team previews on July 1st with the preview schedule to come on June 15th! We have also been solidifying our broadcast schedule with our usuals Silsbee, Newton, East Chamber and Lumberton. But our board owner Jordan Wilson has been busy lining up things. Early last week, he scored an agreement to broadcast Vidor Pirate football this season! And just today, Jordan reached an agreement with Beaumont ISD Athletic Director Ron Jackson to broadcast Beaumont ISD games this season! That will guarantee coverage of the two biggest local schools in our coverage area and a district that has been ignored for far too long. As always, Your Source for Sports in Southeast Texas will make sure you have the best in local sports right at your fingertips! Let this season begin!

[Hidden Content] From the article There’s been a significant public backlash against these findings, which seem to blame Floyd, at least in part, for his own death. As a matter of law, however, Chauvin is no less culpable even if Floyd did have an underlying health condition that contributed to his death. Prosecutors will still need to show that Chauvin’s actions caused Floyd’s death. If it turns out that Floyd was, coincidentally, having a fatal heart attack at the very moment that Chauvin placed his knee on Floyd’s neck, then Chauvin might have a valid defense to the charges of murder and manslaughter. But a victim simply having a medical condition or using recreational drugs or alcohol would not absolve a defendant.

Look at that - in the end, we agree on the end result. Under Texas law, it would fall, in my opinion, between either manslaughter or criminally negligent homicide. So while we disagree on how we get there, we agree on what the final outcome should be. God bless America and SETX sports 😁

Well, there’s this.... [Hidden Content] /george-floyd-autopsy-michael-baden.amp.html “She noted that she did not have access to toxicology results, tissue samples or some organs. Those items are not likely to change the results, she said.“ “The private autopsy concluded that even without evidence of “traumatic” asphyxia, such as broken bones, the compression caused by the officers still led to Mr. Floyd’s death by depriving his brain of blood and oxygen and his lungs of air.“ “But Dr. Baden acknowledged that the pressure was not necessarily visible in the autopsy because by the time any doctors reviewed the body, the pressure had been released. He added that abrasions on the left side of Mr. Floyd’s face and shoulder showed how hard he was pressed against the pavement.“ Okay, Genius.... you have a medical professional who says “I don’t need to see the evidence like toxicology reports... my mind opinion won’t change.” Really? Let’s say that the victim had just munched down an 8-ball of uncut coke... “makes no difference to me.... the cop did it.” Okay, so upon what evidence do you base your finding of “asphyxiation?” “Well, there was invisible pressure, but we had no evidence because the cop moved his knee.” What? The good doctor DID find a bruise on the right side of Mr Floyd’s neck. Really? A bruise? Did you see the report issued today by the REAL Medical Examiner? Fentanyl and meth. But I’m sure that had nothing to do with anything.

It was as contradictory as the quoted post is. The initial ME was as hacky as one might expect from a play doctor. Albeit one who had the full benefit of a physical exam that the real doctor did not. If you didn’t find anything of merit in Baden’s, methinks you are rooting for a certain outcome that is contrary to what you claim.

I watched him tell obvious lies on national television. His conclusion was, it can’t be determined. Well... yes it can and was. Baden said that from the angle of the bullets it could have happened 3 direct ways. That is true.... if you ignore the rest of the scene. To not tell the entire story in order to stir up controversy is a lie. Baden lied.

It appeared some of you were really excited the Hennipan County Medical Examiner’s preliminary findings seemed to support a cause of death other than the officer’s excessive force. What many of you probably don’t know is often times a county coroner is not even a medical doctor. What I can tell you is this - doctor or not, whatever hump is the medical examiner in this Minnesota county, his qualifications and expertise will assuredly pale in comparison to Dr. Michael Baden, one of the independent ME’s in this case. He is one of, if not THE most respected in the world in this field. Sorry if anyone’s bubble was bursted.

If I’m not mistaken, they’re digging a trough for a makeshift potty until they can get enough time to build proper restrooms. It’ll be akin to a litter box but for people. They’ll even leave some loose dirt for the potty-goers to cover their waste. Pretty efficient if you ask me. Cheap too! Perhaps I’ve been wrong this whole time. (Sorry folks...literally could not help myself.)

No doubt the media has an agenda when it comes to these cases. I’m simply taking this case and looking at it by itself. That others use these cases as an opportunity to divide and riot is pathetic.

These protests are not about Floyd. Anyone who thinks they are is looney. This is just an excuse to wreak mayhem on America. Biden camp is helping with the release of violent protesters that were arrested. Anyone see a pattern here? All of us know there are bad cops and good cops. Thankfully 99.99% are the good ones. However, if we can somehow take away law enforcement, you are getting just a glimpse of what will happen, and it will not stop at Target stores. This is truly what a lawless society does. 90% of these protesters could not tell you who Floyd is.

Your true feelings about the black community have been obvious from the start. I've heard of being on the fence... but you've got one foot firmly on each side and I doubt its hurting your manhood. So was the cop responsible for anything? Does the badge excuse his reckless behavior? First and foremost his job is to PROTECT and serve. Did you know big floyd? Cocaine in his system? Have you found any evidence of that one yet? Or has your blinded hate compelled you to jump to conclusions about the type of person he was? There's more division inside yourself than you are trying to push upon the rest of us. Some of us can see thru it. "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." -Edmund Burke
