There are also instances all over the state of schools who regularly fall just a few students over the cutoff for the classification. With the way the snapshot works it would be hard to cheat the system consistently because they set the enrollment for alignment based off the data from snapshot numbers if I understand it correctly.

Liberal activists bragged about advertiser pressure campaigns that helped force him out, costing thousands of downstream jobs. Parler – Apple, Google, and Amazon colluded in 2021 to wipe the entire platform off the internet. Tens of thousands of small creators and businesses lost income overnight. J.K. Rowling – Blacklisted from events, attacked by activists, and pressured out of projects for speaking her mind. Mike Lindell – MyPillow pulled from major retailers, banned from Twitter, and targeted with advertiser boycotts. Alex Jones – Simultaneously banned in 2018 by YouTube, Facebook, Apple, and Spotify. Coordinated erasure celebrated as a model for censorship. Patterns are clear: Coordinated advertiser boycotts. Public celebrations of people losing jobs and businesses. Two sets of rules — the Left can lie (Russia hoax, Covington kids smear, Jussie Smollett, etc.) and laugh about it, but the Right gets destroyed. Accountability only ever goes one way. The Left has spent the last decade perfecting cancel culture, destroying jobs, nuking shows, wiping platforms off the internet, and laughing while people’s lives were ruined. But sure… Jimmy Kimmel smugly lying about a political assassination? Totally fine. Food for thought.

Correct. To make room for him, Astros put Alvarez on the 10 day IL. That IL move sets an all time MLB record for the most IL transactions in a season with 29. Breaks the record of 28 set by the 2019 Yankees. 29 IL's!!! If someone had told me Houston would have that many with several key players and pitchers within those IL's before the season, I would have predicted them to finish well behind in the divisional race and no way they make playoffs. But here we are tied for first with 9 games remaining. If any team has an excuse to not make playoffs, it's the Astros.

My opinion: Falling just a few short or being just a few over whatever respective cutoff is just a bad/good coincidence. While I wholeheartedly disagree with many of the decisions made by UIL, I doubt that they have time nor is there any concern with making sure this school or that school is put in a "favorable" position. I'd like to think that there really is an attempt made to keep the number of schools in each classification relatively similar.. based partly on schools having reasonably, geographically located district competition. Yes, I know we can all list examples where that doesn't seem to be the case. But keep in mind.. every year there are schools that opt up for whatever reason.. throwing everything off. But.. as far as "let's make sure the 3AD1 cutoff number is X or lower so that (insert school) can still win their district".. that's silly. On the other hand.. there are documented cases of schools manipulating their own enrollment numbers in an attempt to have fewer kids.

I spoke to the superintendent last night, we are definitely smaller than 2 years ago.

I can only speak for me: Offense Run game and offensive line play I'd say way better this season. Passing game is a step back from previous seasons. Offensive play calling has been better too, I didn't expect that this particular season. Defense It's 50/50 to me, they're good (minus pass defense IMO) but they tend to go for the big hit and not wrap up consistently. I prefer a 4 man front but we play 3 man, which is okay at times I guess. 🤷🏾‍♂️ LBs absolutely get after it, that core is better than previous seasons for sure. DL is coming along, had to replace I believe 4 seniors on that line, will be able to really judge that position in district play. DBs overall have to get better in coverage. Special Teams Simply put IMO it's the same as previous seasons, the only change is the punter, we have our kicker punting this season unlike previous seasons where it was a WR punting.

Roma Downey, Dean Cain, Kirk Cameron, Dennis Quade, and Kevin Sorbo have actually done well bucking the trend. Of course, you can’t go without mentioning Clint Eastwood. Personally, I like all of the roles they play and/or movies & shows they produce. I think I heard Dean Cain is a police officer now & signed up for ICE recently.

Definitely not terrible that Soph QB is going to be pretty good and the Trevor Jones kid is hard to bring down and he other back in the back field is pretty good. Oline is big. defensively they fly to the ball. just the back end had some missed assignments. OF and EC are both going to throw it around I would imagine. best Hardin team in a very long time these past two years

I had someone message me that after watching 5 minutes of the game, they thought Hardin was terrible and would lose to EC and OF by 20. I took that with a grain of salt.

I don't think it's only OF does this kind of thing. I think it happens all over the state. I'm only using OF because of the "coincidences" of being one of the largest 3A schools in the state for the last 2 alignments, and they are in setx. 541 last time and 544 was the cutoff. In my opinion it would be difficult for them to decrease in numbers with everything going on for industry in that area of setx.

It's clear in my comments I'm giving my opinion. It won't change if the same results happen this time around.

Just to be clear, a free speech violation would be if he was arrested for what he said. ABC has a right to terminate him like any employee. Most in this state are at will employees. He has a contact. He will sue them. They will claim they fired him for cause. They will pay him millions of dollars to go away. Poor Jimmy. (And to be clear, there are not many who champion free speech more than me.)

Sure they could. (I do sense a bit of sarcasm in your comment, lol) I think the main offenders will still find a way to stay where they don't belong. OF being the most obvious of the group.

It's funny how the left cancelled the right for years, often because of 10-year-old tweets or simply having a different ideology, but now that they're facing immediately consequences for their awful behavior we have a free speech problem.

Excellent report Coach. I'd personally pay the expenses for the entire crew if you could do the same for our current staff here. Just need Doc Brown's DeLorean to go back 3 years and fix the past for the future Mustangs. Better than Coach Hyde's staff. That says a lot. Nice to know Toby's reputation is still what we always expected. We are so proud of him and all the other graduates from the program that went on to great things. Both on and off the field. The coaching tree may not be as spread out as some others. Guaranteed the ones that are out there following what Hooks and CT started are having the success they need to continue they're careers. This staff that demolished our traditions will forever be known for the demise of the winningest program in the great state of Texas. 40+ years to build Less than 40 games to lose Smh... when will they stop this horrible experiment? Well... no nevermind. We can all wait for it together. Just call me Sgt Schultz cuz I know nothing 🧢 🥁 🤐
