Might be closer than what y’all think. Have to remember, LP hasn’t played a home game in over a year due to their new stadium being built. They’re 0-2, but both losses to 6A programs, although not juggernaut programs, both games were competitive. I got PNG by a touchdown.

Dayton had numerous dropped passes, overthrown passes, bad pass coverages, and a couple of personal fouls. Just not a good game by the Broncos, not to take anything away from Kingwood Park, they played very well. Good thing is its early in the season and all of that can be improved upon.

The Joseph/Berneathy connection goes back to the battles of the mid 2000’s between Katy & La Porte. Both styles of play are still similar to those teams. At that time, Katy had a very large program and enrollment advantage, and put it to good use. LP only won one of those matchups.

Again, you don't know what u're watching. All the Dline was subbed out plus the secondary. That 3rd td came as a result of the DC blitzing backups playing man. Dayum! I’m still hurting from that hit that Manvel receiver took in the 4th qtr, and I was sitting 40rows up!! Probably one the cleanest, hardest hits in HS football I’ve seen in a LONG time…and I’m old! One thing about this Eagle defense that impresses me, is they not only play keys and techniques well, they will damn sure separate one from their jock strap. These fellers HIT!
