That team underachieved. Had the returning offensive MVP of the District along with 2 other 1st team all-district players. Finished 4th. He had a more talented/experienced team than the previous year and the team got worse. The reason I didn't like the hire in the beginning was his 6-51 coaching record prior to getting the job. I know records aren't the only thing to judge a coach on, but 6-51 is absolutely horrific.

Wos was pretty good, Lcm had 2nd most talented player in district and jasper had the 2nd best overall athlete in district .

Well Silsbee has way more talent, in awful district?? Jasper, wos, lcm, Silsbee, vidor had more talent than BC.. I thought this was his best coaching job he’s done at BC and there is a reason why he got coach of the year in the district.

He knows he won't lose any votes by crapping on our servicemen and women that aren't voting for him anyway, but he also knows he'll get votes by paying off student loans that folks chose to not pay back. smh

I saw them several times and never thought that team was good. They did well in an awful district, but what happened when they played the only quality team in Silsbee? 70 piece. Then they lost to a 4 seed in the playoffs. I think Robertson is a good coach that does more with less. A lot like Coach Mitchell at Lumberton.

I hear ya. Under normal circumstances I feel you would have a point. But, I feel people are not as stupid as the Dems thinks they are. Americans see the bogus charges for what they are. They see that Trump never had a conviction before he ran for President and now after he ran he has 91 convictions. But the Dems are in a tight spot. This lawfare is not working. So, how would they get rid JoeBama and bypass the cackler? There only hope, as I see it, is that Joebama wins and a week after inauguration he resigns and then look what happens! Let’s all pray that this upcoming season will be a great one and that all players will stay as healthy as possible. We all know (or should) that we’re talking about kids so no matter what team that you support, to ensure that we’re being as encouraging and uplifting as we can be as grown (oftentimes immature) adults. I get that. And most will say that givin the d1 athletes…..myself included, but 4trips in a row….come on now I know that they probably don’t win that 2nd sc without them and probably not make it as far the last two years. (Those that are in the know…know) They re able to connect to players and manage those d1 egos and know who should play where and when giving certain situations in game. tremaine just turned around a bottom dweller team in the Corpus Christi area to a playoff contender in one year. yes having athletes make it a lil easier but when you repeat to state 4 years in a row coaching is a huge part of that. Your last comment is ridiculous….there is more to coaching than just throwing athletes in defensive and offensive sets. United has more coming thru the pipeline…..let’s see how Green manages/coaches it.
