AggiesAreWe Posted 10 hours ago Author Report Posted 10 hours ago This is what I was told by a reporter at Lumberton/Silsbee scrimmage: Had a short controlled session. Lumberton did not score. Silsbee scored 3 TD's Live 2 quarters: Lumberton only score was a 48 yard FG Silsbee scored 4 TD's. All 7 of Silsbee's TD's were via the pass. Was told Breeden looked very good. Wide receiver Williams was the main target and had 4 TD's. Boogy1000 1 Quote

Good to hear! The Horns looked good last week. Will be a much different team, may catch some teams off guard. Coach Howard has these boys ready! Quote

Setxhasbeen Posted 4 hours ago Report Posted 4 hours ago Controlled portion of scrimmage Newton had 4TDs BC had 2TDs Newton has a very skilled WR who can make plays, solid back up RBs who ran hard even with the starter resting the whole scrimmage. Solid team. BC defense looks decent when Breeden returns it’ll help a ton, secondary has some work to do, BC offense has yet to establish the run game through two scrimmages. Quote

Kirbyville offense surprisingly looks the best out of all 3 units to me in terms of consistency and cohesion Once Vidor's offense starts clicking, they will be a team that no one wants to play. Very scrappy and capable team. Quote

Bobcat101 Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago On the Bobcats side, the team looks total different in a better way from last week’s game. Not sure if Shepherds DE was the reason (they were wreaking havoc) but the OL held up much better. Still a couple of drop passes (some would say “where’s the flag”) on a few. Run game had a few good runs. The QB situation (for both sides) was hard to determine since the whistle was being blown early…. Probably very early for Orangefield but still early for both which took the scramble off the table. Now on to HJ. BBfan061 1 Quote
AggiesAreWe Posted 1 hour ago Author Report Posted 1 hour ago Silsbee scoring 7 TD's and Lumberton not scoring, I guess one could say........... But I won't. BBfan061 1 Quote

Yeah shepherds D line is supposed to be legit so you probably aren’t far off on that analysis Quote
