  1. There are reasons. Okay can you name the reasons? We could talk about it but there are reasons. Are they capable? Well yes but there are reasons. What are they? There are reasons…
  2. I'm simply talking about if it comes down to Trump and Biden, no brainer. Insurrection, lol. It's comical to me how you talk about how bad it was under Trump with what we have going on right now, but I've figured out to not take you too seriously, as most posters have also, you don't believe half the stuff you post.
  3. SMH, I couldn't get past the first line. It's like asking Bill Clinton and how to clean a blue dress. In a clip from CNN, network host Abby Phillip brought on an author named Mike Rothschild to talk about the new and popular anti-child sex trafficking film, Sound of Freedom.
  4. My source? You. Black people fled the south for places like Chicago, Detroit, California. They left to escape racist attitudes that used to be prevalent in the South and they went for JOBS. You want to pretend like there was not a single black person with a job prior to affirmative action, but then you’ll carry on about how racists destroyed the black Wall Street in Tulsa a hundred years ago. How is it that y’all had a black Wall Street if nobody could get a job? Fast forward to 2023 and you argue that every black person today should be entitled to special treatment because a few black people (but nowhere near all of them) experienced racism 3 or 4 generations ago. To be honest, if reparations were paid fairly , you’d be entitled to nothing based on your success that you like to talk about. To be completely honest, there isn’t a single living victim of chattel slavery in the US. And there hasn’t been in probably 70 years. You’ve never experienced institutional racism, either. Has somebody called you a name over the years? Probably… does that mean we all owe you something? No, ma’am. There are very few people alive today that can tell you what being a victim of racism feels like… the rest of y’all just want to pretend.
  5. I hate it because she’s obviously not a dumb person. I just don’t know how that group mentality ever gets better. It’s deeper than simply changing voting patterns and I believe that the change would have to come internally-it’s nothing that someone from outside the group could ever initiate. That’s probably my biggest gripe about President Obama. You have a guy that could have said “look at me… I’m proof that it’s done. White people literally just elected a black president- welcome to post racial America!” Instead we got talk of reparations, affirmative action, social Justice, etc. At one point he was the most powerful man on the planet and just last week he was talking about how he’s just a victim who made it in spite of racism. The ease with which that community accepts victimhood never ceases to amaze me.
  6. I guess "will be alright" is pretty subjective though... No Smack Talk Synopsis (for the sensitive...) My guess is they will probably have a mediocre season. The Seniors will leave unhappy with their record. For many of the dedicated ones, it will still sting 25 years from now. All in all though, it won't matter to the rest of the interested parties by the 2024 season. Somebody gonna win and somebody gonna lose. The most the Bulldogs can hope for is somewhere in the middle. Good luck to all.
  7. You don’t even understand what affirmative action is. It’s PREFERENCE given to people based on their race. And here’s the thing. It doesn’t matter to me if that’s how your dad got his job. I’m certain that it did a lot of good for your family. But it wasn’t fair, and somebody else never got that opportunity based on their skin color. Here’s the real problem. Black people always want to talk about race when it benefits them. There aren’t enough black qbs in the nfl… they need to do something. But you don’t have a problem with most of the running backs, corners, and safeties being black. You aren’t saying “oh, we need more white guys in the secondary…. This just isn’t fair.” You play the race card when it benefits you. You’re right… you can’t erase the past…. But you can’t live in it either. And supporting a modern injustice just because your granny supposedly had to ride on the back of a bus 60 years ago is pathetic. I’d be more worried about why my community is still choosing to ride buses in 2023.
  8. Ned will be alright talk that smack and wait and see
  9. You talk out of both sides of your mouth and sometimes your rear. I never said anything about minorities or skin color. I said it will help the most qualified.
  10. “Its about limiting early voting, shutting down polling locations, not letting 18+ students vote at their college locations, limiting mail-in voting (but politicians do it), etc“ This statement is all pie in the sky BS. It’s always been called Election Day not Election Month. Nobody’s trying to make it hard to vote. Our voting system is ridiculous enough as it is. There is a big chain of custody issue when you have all these different ways of voting which leads to voting fraud. You want to talk about making it hard to vote? Look at the ridiculous BS that happened in Arizona in the mid terms. I think you’ve been watching too much mainstream nonsense.
  11. I was thinking this last year. Not a lot of talk here for girls vb. If anyone is interested. Coaches , parent from each team, esp if they don’t “post” here. I’ll give out my cell . Text me your scores this season and I’ll post em. Let me know if interested.
  12. Small sample size but I think we see where this is going...maybe I talk to a few coaches and know a little something on occasion lol
  13. PNG won the game by several touchdowns against a great school. I don't understand what you are getting at, ir tryung to ask? They won the game convincingly. Enough that had LH had their two backs I still think PNG would have most likely won the game. I have much respect for LH and Crosby both. I have no reason to trash talk them. You talk about PNG stopping those two backs, but you can flip that and look at the PNG had 525 yards of offense. Our RB had 237 yards rushing. The game was won by Indians line and ball control. I can't remember if we even punted in the game. I take my hat off to LH they were an awesome team and great fans. I had great conversations with them and the ones I spoke with said they would be supporting us the following week. A class school with classy fans. PNG fans for the most part realize making to state is extremely rare. It happens in cycles for example we made it in the 1950s, 1970s, 1990,s, and 2020s. I think without looking it's 20, 21, 22, and 23 years between trips. 99 years and 7 trips. We are honored to make it and it's not taken for granted. We are not WOS, Katy, SLC, Stephenville, Northshore, and so on.
  14. screen shots live forever...people talk too much these days lol
  15. Just some useless talk here. With our discussion of the SEC dominance, they along with the ACC, BIG 12, and PAC 12 have a weather advantage over the BIG 10. Not completely eliminating, but having the BIG 10 disadvantaged doesn't hurt. The other big conferences just haven't performed nor apparently placed the emphasis the SEC has. Yes, there have been good teams and several champions from those conferences, but top to bottom they don't compare to the SEC. Side note....From a Southeastern US perspective the Sunbelt has, at least in my eyes, started to surpass or at least caught the Big West in quality programs as well.
  16. Agree!... When I was in school mid-90s we had summer workouts (lifting and conditioning) and we worked. Luckily, I worked for the school during the summers and was able to get off for a couple hours to make summer workouts. During those couple of hours there was no running of plays, no talk about schemes, or anything else related to football. The only thing football related was "hey let's meet at the field and throw the ball a bit" and to say kids are out in the heat more than kids back in the 90s, 80s, 70s, etc... is crazy talk lol
  17. Your quote: "Which program has done better in the last 20 years?" So, let me get this straight: You can use historical references but I can't? So, I can't use the massive wupping they put on LH last year but you can talk about the last 20 years? Please explain! Also understand, PNG had in the prior 20 years to this coach, well, less than the coaching they needed to challenge for a spot in the big dance. It appears they have one now. Only the future performances will tell!
  18. I’m sure living rent free in your head. Literally haven’t opened this thread in months, do so today and find my name in your mouth on your most recent post. Remember that time I tried to have a discussion with you about vaccines and you kept quoting Stella Immanuel? You know, the doc who believes in aliens and demon sperm? It’s impossible to even have a reasonable discussion with anyone who believes literally anything that anyone says as long as it jives with what they’re trying to push. I’m happy to talk to you about any other subject, but it’s a waste of time on this. Literally any person can say anything, and as long as it’s negative towards the vaccine you’re going to take a nice long sip of it and then post it on here, especially if it comes from the most factual site on the planet, Twitter.
  19. What are we talking about here? Equipment room? I know it’s late June, but surely we can talk about something with some substance.
  20. He wanted to talk to the President of Puerto Rico.He was building a border wall in states bordering Mexico, and he named Colorado. He drew a Pic of a hurricane's trajectory because meteorologists didn't agree with him. Must I go on?
  21. What’s joke is that y’all can’t even defend your messiah… and you can’t even find anything actually wrong with the job that Biden is doing. You think that attacking the president’s son is going to somehow win the election for Trump. Talk about jobs? Talk about the stock market? Talk about inflation coming back down? Talk about how we’re at peace? Nah, let’s talk about Hunter’s laptop. Because that’s all y’all have.
  22. The Democrats Cream of The Crop right here. Crank it up an listen. Kinda sounds like you trying to talk Big Girl. Lol
  23. I took two positives from the story. Apparently there WAS enough evidence about Hunter’s activities to warrant an investigation and likely score a conviction. I guess it remains to be seen if actual evidence of criminal wrongdoing will be presented in the big investigations regarding corruption. But this should go a long way towards dispelling (or at least disputing) the notion that the DOJ is weaponized purely to attack Trump. They literally just got the current president’s son to cop a plea. That’s ballsy for law enforcement. I don’t expect a presidential pardon for Hunter, either. Here’s something to think about. What happens if Biden then pardons Trump over the pending matter over documents? Talk about shaking things up with the undecideds.
  24. Seems like a reasonable person. I can actually listen to him talk.
  25. Seriously, I know... I was just trying to be kind. Last year Rusk was fourth place, 3-3 in their district, lost 49-0 to Carthage, and lost out in first round to Gilmer 25-7. With or without him, I doubt Rusk will even win District once in the next 3 years. I sincerely hope I am wrong. Personally I just don't see the point of going to a fourth place 4A Rusk, but I respect their decisions. We talk from a football perspective, and that fine, but as for life and career decisions they know whats best for them. I will always respect that.
