HF will be favored against La Marque. So I guess we’ll see. It’s hard to judge how good they are because most of their schedule is against awful teams. Their one common opponent is Hitchcock, who blew LM out, and who HF beat.

His success was misleading when he was getting D-1 talent based on who he was and beating up on FCS schools. He’s been awful at Colorado.

Manning looked VERY good. That no-call was ridiculous. Instead of a first down and eating up however much more clock and then at worst getting a close FG attempt Texas missed a 51-yarder instead. Vandy scored on the next play. The score doesn’t definitely doesn’t show how well Texas played for the first 3 1/2 quarters.

My uncle didn’t believe me when I said that missed call of the blatant PI in the endzone with 4 minutes left was a big deal even though the horns were up 18. Almost came back to haunt them

Similar matchup up to the Silsbee game for the horns. Obviously that didn’t go well for us, but we did look considerably better in the second half. HF is good enough to win this matchup, but WOS is the clear favorite. I’m gonna say WOS 34, Horns 21. Hope I’m wrong.

They’ve definitely improved. Won 2 games in 3 seasons from 21-23. 3-7 last year, should be a favorite to beat Liberty next week to go 5-5 this season. Almost knocked off LCM, too.
