Can we change the title to Chambers/Jefferson/Brazoria County all stars vs Buna??? Im rolling with the homegrown coogs in this one. Will have to play mistake free and do what Hardin did as far as holding the ball. Just have to execute in the red zone and finish drives.

As they say and it's true...coaches don't throw any TD passes or make any tackles or interceptions, or break any long runs...they can do their best to put kids in positions to do those things

And often times, this point can cloud a critics objective judgement. Been there.

I hope Massey and DCTF keep projecting Vidor losing and losing by a lot in some games. So far it’s worked out pretty good for Vidor. I like Vidor being the underdog! Lol Go Pirates!

For someone who claims they don’t know much about BC football, and only going off of “complaints from adults the past few years”, you seem to know an awful lot when it comes to their lack of offense recently and defensive stats especially the LBs. BCs fall from grace has been something nobody expected, but I think it has a lot more to do with graduation and injuries to key players more than a lack of coaching. Im curious have you been to any of the games this year? What SHOULD BC be doing offensively?

Yall do realize this was a 21-14 game last season and Buna returned everyone? I also disagree about the non-district schedule. Jasper and St. Pius aren’t good football teams right now. EC scraped by HJ with a 3 point win with HJ’s starting QB out. Buna scrimmaged HJ and I think South Beau is better than HJ, St. Pius, and Jasper for sure. We know Woodville is better than Jasper, they just beat them. Hardin is the best team either team has played though. I’ll give yall that. I’m not saying Buna is gonna come out and dominate this game or anything like that, but I think they have a punchers chance in this one.

The first thing I ran into was people crying about freedom of speech because we had rules.....like no cursing, no memes and no personal attacks. It was and is still my opinion, if you can't discuss politics or anything topic without using those 3 things, that's a you problem. There is no freedom of anything on a personal page.......just like I can't come to your house and ring your doorbell repeatedly at 3am to protest doorbells.

It was created because it was taking over the Local News forum and people could not read thru that forum because of how flooded it was with political posts.

I had read somewhere that Trump was fed up with military leaks, like missile depletions and the like. To me, that’s so treasonous it stinks. First of all, the media shouldn’t be privy to that information and then they certainly shouldn’t announce it to the world. If they would simply report the news instead of being guilty of libel, Trump wouldn’t have problems with MSM.

I have tickets for Colorado at Baylor but been invited to Baton Rouge by some of my LSU peeps for A&M at LSU. Baylor game is an 11am game. A&M game is 6:30pm. Not really wanting to get up real early and drive to Waco but don't want to have to drive back from BR late late at night. Decisions decisions. Where will you be this week?

This past game in brenham was a straight up whipping. Im not sure what it is coming out of halftime, but PNG is just aweful as whole in the 3rd qt. Penalties seem to put us 1st and 15 on a regular basis. I hope offensively they dont plan on running RPO every play on offense. Im praying our coaching staff starts getting creative on the offensive side of the ball. We have been spoiled the last few years with size and great skills players. The size isnt here this year obviously we getting pushed around. Its district time now it counts its for real no excuses time to play big boy ball!! On a bright note though, Ned with the impressive upset. Gonna be an interesting Mid county madness. Another Upset with WOS going down too, Hamshire fannett licking their lips!! I mean why didn’t PAM play up with a good team. They spent two years complaining that png was dodging competition because we switched them with a solid 6a program, then their entire preseason was a 5ad2 team and terrible Bellaire. They won’t play a good team until probably the third round, if they make it that far. Seems like they could have scheduled a Randle or North Shore in there somewhere.

I say if you put Lufkin and LP in PNG district, they could finish 1 and 2. Sterling has a lot of fight and could bite you if you think it’s the same ol Sterling. The rest isn’t very good. Or it could be … maybe PAM is THAT good defensively.

Silsbee's 4 point loss to Nederland with the Tigers missing 4 starters on the defensive side doesn't look so bad now with Nederland knocking off FB Crawford. Silsbee defense with two shutouts in first 4 games. Congrats Tigers!
