  1. If BC doesn't at least try to fix the offense or the offense terrible play calling, the season won't improve.
  2. The offense is tragic and has been the past years as well. The only reason it looked decent in the past was because of the talent. Anyone that has watched any of the games can see how bad the play calling is. Why isn't anything being done?
  3. HF by a lot.
  4. lol not a lot of intel, I just work with some parents over there. Yes, the coaches will need to do some adjusting but judging by past seasons and past games that probably won't happen.
  5. I was merely stating facts and also stating what an outstanding team that WOS has. Not once making any excuses. I'm not for anyone but simply a fan of SETX football so you can save your condescendence for someone else.
  6. WOS will take this one and pretty much everyone else they play. They are a very good team. BC had talent but seems like half the team is injured. #4 out for the season, #3 out for this game for sure, D lineman is out, #10 not 100%, and I'm told another kid broke his collarbone yesterday in practice. Special teams for BC needs A LOT of work and the offense play calling has been a joke. They have quite a few on the team that are inexperienced to WOS' experienced team.
  7. Going with BC but should be a good game.
  8. The good news is that it's only the first scrimmage so they have time to get everything corrected. There have been plenty of teams that do not start out the season great but end great!
  9. Heard Breeden's injury isn't major and could be back but just hearsay. That kid loves to play it will be hard to keep him off the field. I don't know that I would return if I was in his position though. Sucks for BC's season.
  10. Many of the schools in the Golden Triangle do not have the funds or the space for an indoor facility, especially the smaller school districts.
  11. Looks like anything is possible with this district. Quite a few teams lost key players in the 26 graduating class. But..... BC returns some key defensive players and their QB, LCM returning a QB and always has size, Lumberton returning their QB and a RB and always has some size, I'm not as familiar with Vidor but if they run the Slot T correctly it's hard to defend, Livingston has had great athletes in the past but not great coaching from what I am told, Huffman is always a well disciplined team. I don't really know much about the Liberty team. Looking forward to this football season.
  12. Congrats!!! Recruiters were all over the place the last 2 weeks in SETX. BC and PAM looked like a revolving door with college coaches. Looks like the BC just picked up his 25th offer(?) and a couple of the PAM kids picked up quite a few too ( not sure on the number). I've lost track but SETX is loaded with talent. It's awesome to see the kids in this area getting the attention they deserve.
  13. Kilgore and Stephenville back and forth should be really good once all the nerves settle.
