  5. UIL basketball should be in Houston. DFW has Football, Austin/RR CenTex has baseball/ Softball Houston should get Basketball.

    It's A Crying Shame

Not one single vote that came in the ballot dump was for Trump. That alone screams fraud.

  10. I approve of this message. But I will still take the Alamodome if it means keeping the tourney in SA. I hope it never ever goes back to Austin. Also, I don't want it in DFW. SA or Houston.

Conspiracy theory, like I said. There is no proof, only theories and accusations. I’ve read the Secretary of State’s Election Handbook. I worked elections for 40 years. They are impossible to rig on a national basis, or state for that matter. I pay close attention to rules and facts. You apparently pay close attention to propaganda.

  12. Glad you brought this up. What is everyone's thoughts? I heard several coaches really upset about these new "mandatory" UIL guidelines in regards to the Wet Bulb. According to the guidelines there's a very good possibility that athletes will not be able to wear any protective gear in practice or even practice at all outside after about 12 with this Texas heat. I know there are schools in with indoor practice facilities, but most schools especially smaller classifications don't. Many, I heard have adjusted to early morning practices to help, but athletes don't play games at 6am in the morning. The biggest issue is students may not be able to practice one day, but can participate in a full game the next day. So ultimately who's response for the safety of the school when coaches are not allowed to acclimate them in the afternoons? Makes no sense that a kid cant practice outside, play can have a competition when the temperature could even be hotter.

  13. What happened to the “Free Palestine” crowd? Is it seasonal? Did they run out of sponsors? How about the “No Kings” crowd? Is Trump no longer a king?

    D1 Quarter Backs

Wow, did not realize there was that much money paid to athletics . Seems the richer schools should come out on top. Seems like college is no longer about education but about money.

  15. This is crazy... [Hidden Content] trying to summarize for all the P4: QB: 900k - 1.4million WR: 250k-1 million RB: 200k-400k TE: 300k-750k OT: 500k-1.5million OG/C: 250k-400k DE: 250k-1 million DT: 500k LB: 150k - 300k CB: 200k-400k S: 400k based on whatever the highest/lowest for each across the board. based on: 1 QB, 1 RB, 1 TE, 2 OT, 3 IOL, 3 WR you are looking at an average of 6,675,000 for a starting offense at the P4 level and, 2 DE, 2 DT, 3 LB, 2 CB, 2 S: 4,275,000 so just about 11 million for starters.

    Trump Effect

All they gotta do is recoup some of the fraud money in Minnesota and California, they could finance the war effort, fix SS, and give every American $10,000.

  17. Yes it does. That is the rate for a FBS QB. Lineman signed by Baylor will be millionaires also.

  18. Keep it in SA and do away with the divisions.

  19. I would say move it from San Antonio...Austin was the best fit but hotel avalibility is a problem around that time...And yes 100% agree the semi-final games should return to State, and yes I understand why they changed it because they created 2 divisions per class....

  22. Benefits of playing "higher level competition" and "everything a kid would want or need". There will be no "Warrens", "Trinity's" or "Kountze's" where he is headed. Anyone comparing WV to BH in terms of what is offered, is engaged in a fool's errand. There is not a single thing better at WV than BH from facilities, academics, athletics, or anything else.
