They have also mentioned that communication can take days because the gay leader does not want to give away his position. Taking that in to consideration along with the fact that none of the leadership is willing to go in public, there may be a leadership/communication problem..... So, to me that makes Slim's statement believable.

Deweyville I called 2+ district wins last season. They were less than 10 possessions from accomplishing that prediction. District will expand this year with the top 3 teams out ahead of everyone. I can see where they could be in play for the fourth playoff spot. But the minimum goal for this years squad is 3+ district wins.

At least this district (it's now 9-4A DI) won't have to face the Kilgore/Lindale/Chapel Hill district in the first round. Realignment now has them facing District 10 (FB Willowridge, Houston Austin, H. Northside, H. Sterling, Harmony and Stafford). I can see three maybe even all four teams advancing to 2nd round.
