That would be AWESOME!!!!! A couple things could happen...... 1. They could impeach - but would never have enough votes in the senate......not to mention he has done nothing impeachable. His popularity increases every time they try to go after him. That gives Vance the advantage. 2. He could say screw it, step down, Vance takes over, Trump tells all of MAGA how badly he was treated and his last wish is for everyone to vote for Vance...... We love him and the rest of the staff! They are pouring into our kids and we are thankful for that. The amount of senior leadership we lost last season is proving to be the difference. A lot of lessons are being learned by our young team but they fight until the very end. I'll repost what I posted elsewhere. LP has been using a Big Boy package with 2 extra OL at the split RB positions with Simon in Wildcat for short yardage. If you thought Simon was hard to stop in a regular set, well...lol Many won't recognize the O now. It's multiple formation. Still run heavy with misdirection & Slot T. But, also Pistol, Power I and Spread. If you stack the box (which everyone has been trying) they'll change the formation now. They'll also do something unheard of for LP. They'll throw the ball on any down. LP is averaging about 375 ypg rushing and 140 ypg passing with 33 rushing TD's and 10 passing TD's. So, more of a mix than past LP teams. Simon still gets his. He had another 227 at 11.9 ypc & a TD again last week. He's averaging about 235 ypg with 20 TD's & over 1600 yards so far at 9.1 ypc. But, he's not the lone focal point now. Smith is commanding double teams at the WR spot, and still averaging almost 100 ypg. He picked up his 8th offer last week as a Soph. with Vanderbilt adding to Arizona State, UofH, Nebraska, TCU, Texas Tech, New Mexico, and UTSA. LP has probably punted less than 10 times in the last 4 games total. I would say around 6-8 times. But, I'd have to review all the game film again to verify. As typical with Berneathy & staff, they've adapted, modified, and improved as the season has progressed. They treat pre-district for what it is. A learning/teaching period. They don't look anything like what they did against PN-G in the last pre-district game.

I would send Lufkin west with the college station schools or down 59 to feast off Htown. But, this is what district 9 should have been from the jump

No doubt Atascocita has found itself on the ropes and knocked down on a few occasions. North Shore stumbled out of the gate leading many to think the long awaited downfall had come. But since that loss the Mustangs have bounced back in to form and steam rolled the competition. This rivalry is more than just Atascocita and North, but North Shore and Craig Stump going back to his time at West Brook..

My once a year post. Last year I pretty Much laid it out how it ended. Trap game and PNG was super flat. I do think without that win last year, Nederland would not be super happy with their coach. IMO it has given them hope, other than last year’s win, Nederland doesn’t have much to be positive about. This year’s take is the same, but different. Trap game? 100%, but Joesph will have us ready to play this year. I do not predict a blow out, but I do not see Nederland winning this game. They will throw the kitchen sink at us, but in the end, little brother will remain little brother. I’ll take PNG. Closer game than most will predict. In the end, without uncle Larry, Nederland is the old Nederland. The rah rahs will say Nederland is better than they have played. Truth is, maybe, but Nederland fans have always lived on the Uncle Larry era. And that’s simply over. PNG for the win.. But on a positive for the Pups, at least you will get some state wide attention this week because of the rivalry aspect. You heard it here first. And if any have taken this post as negative, I do have a peace offering. We have a trophy case across the tracks if any of you would like to come see what relevance looks like!!! PNG….. Enough said……..
