PAM has too much talent to ever be bad or mediocre. It's not like TJ, Lincoln and SFA still exist where the excuse was that the talent was divded up. Even then, TJ and Lincoln didnt have any problems winning. If this guy doesnt turn ot around this year then it's time for someone else.

This is ridiculous. I want the best applicant to get the job. This woman has decided that if the best applicant is black, she’s not going to hire them anyway. It’s pure racism. I have an equal problem with it going the other way, and better white applicants being passed over for minority candidates, but I also understand that that is a result of decades of hiring practices from those like our friend Eileen here. The fact that people like her still exist makes it difficult to argue against preferential hiring practices for minorities, even though it’s something that I don’t necessarily agree with. I’d love to see a society where the best applicant for a job actually gets the job on merit.

I read about it this morning along with Stepp's tweet. I wouldn't be surprised if their week-1 games are cancelled soon too. One has to start wondering about other ISDs following the same thing, I hope it doesn't happen. Other ISDs might wanna look at what Paris ISD has done, kudos to them. Racism was rampant when I grew up. I’ve seen the ugly face of it. Even as a child I was embarrassed. Few alive today realize how far we’ve come. Don’t even appreciate or acknowledge it. The enrollment disparity between the largest schools and smallest schools in the classification...new schools aren't built at 4A/3A they open as 5A/6A so as more new schools get added in it trickles down to 4A and widens that gap.....UIL wants to get as close to a 2:1 ratio as possible and right now the cut line in 4A is 1229 and the smallest is 515...thats a large gap.....we are adding ten new 5A/6A schools in 2022.....that gap in 4A is going to get even larger because more small 5A's are going to drop because there's only so many spots in 5A/6A and they already have a lot of nine and ten team districts

splitting 6A doesn't address this issues in 4A and to a lesser extent 3A...
