  1. Yesterday
  2. I think you’re probably right, but the top three are close enough that they could all beat each other. Wouldn’t be shocked if any of the three wins district, even less shocked if there’s a tie at the top, but I agree that HF is 3rd favorite in that group.
  3. How do you figure only 4 teams had a better record You had 3 divisional champions with better records and 3 wild cards with a better record. That my friend appears to be 6. They were 7 out of 15 in the AL. That my friend is average They are not in the NL so just forget about counting that They have been very good the past several years, just not this year
  4. Which is also as you know who started the petition.I haven’t just searched him up to see what he’s been saying but I would bet he’s quiet simply because he got what he wanted and couldn’t care less now!
  5. I got it this way: 1. WO-S 2. Silsbee 3. HF 4. Jasper/Shepherd (leaning towards Shepherd)
  6. Shepherd will be in the mix for one of the playoff spots.
  7. @NDNation here ya go
  8. Big game this week is BWB vs Lufkin. BWB had the week off and Lufkin has to rethink after getting shutdown on offense this week.
  9. Always knew he was a sorry pos!
  10. Huntsville has the talent to win, but they won’t. The West Fork game was an ugly win as the Hornets just couldn’t put the game away until late. The defense was good. It was mostly 3 and outs for WF except for about 3 big plays that kept them in it. On offense, the Hornets could have run at will all night, but kept trying to throw, which they aren’t very good at. I guess they were trying to work on that passing game. Throw in all the holding penalties and 15 yard stupid penalties and now you somehow have a sort of close game. PNG will not beat themselves, so I’ll take the Indians 35-17. I still think Huntsville will be good enough to finish 2nd in the District.
  11. I agree WOS wins district followed by HF, Silsbee and Jasper last. I will say none make it to 3rd rd. The district is not that strong this year.
  12. Houston finishes the season with a win and an 87-75 record. That's 12 games above .500 which by my calculations is "above average". In the American League (15 teams), only 4 teams finished with a better overall win/loss record. That puts the Astros in the top 1/3 of the league, not "middle of the pack". In the MLB (30 teams), 9 teams had better overall win/loss records. Houston is in top 1/3 of all of baseball in win/loss record for the season. Not "middle of the pack". All this while having the worst season for injuries of any baseball team in MLB history, Pretty proud of that effort considering those circumstances. Proud to be an Astro Fan!!! (and not a pessimistic sports fan).
  13. Single or three-phase atmosphere? OR Sub-sonic or super-sonic atmosphere?
  14. [Hidden Content] A mini list of potential candidates....
  15. @Big girl
  16. BWB year to make the playoffs.
  17. Give me PNG by 14… Indians seem to be getting better and better every week… Indians Defense is extremely tough, saw some very hard hitting going on.
  18. As I watch the Ravens who we will get nxt week.
  19. I understand 😁😎
  20. I highly doubt the Angels are throwing any quality pitchers the last couple of games.
  21. That's what I meant... You will have to forgive a Texans fan for indulging in beer after a win 🤣😂🤣
  22. **Cedar Park**
  23. Interesting that the Astros have hit 8 HR’s in the 2 games since being eliminated. Where was all that offense when we needed it?
  24. Saw Huntsville twice this season (Ceder Hill and this week) Heart says Hornets 31-28 because I'm biased but I know better... Give me PNG 41-28
  25. I still have a feeling if BU can fix themselves they could spoil someone's season as well.
