  2. I am not overly familiar with Teague and Fairfield. I believe WW to be a tick off what they were last year (but not much). The question in this one is "how is Crockett going to fair in district"? I suspect Crockett will get one of the 4 spots. Diboll is down from last year but showed some life against Shepherd. Lets go: WW/Fairfield 1 or 2 in some order. Crockett, Teague, Diboll for the last two spots.

  6. Wow that’s rough, but at the 4A level there should be several seniors, some sophomores and even a few freshmen to help cover some of that up…34 point under dog to WOS is just crazy..
  7. Dayton by at least 17. LC might have only scored what they did against Montgomery because of the rivalry factor.
  8. I wouldn’t be surprised by a 28-0 first quarter, with 2nd string taking over the rest of the game. End up with a quiet 42-7 or something like that. Splendora seems to be even worse than last year. I hope Tyson Henry and some of the other banged up guys don’t even see the field. I might go watch Nederland this week, tbh.
  9. Will splendora get a touchdown…? In what Quarter does PNG break 50 points in?
  10. Maybe in futbol, or baseball…
  11. This is what I’ve got as well. I’ll say 27-14 to make it interesting.
  12. Probably a better chance of this happening. But I think Crockett is definitely better this year than last, and Diboll may be down a hair, at least looking at their results so far. I’m just taking a flier here
  13. 1. Westwood 2. Fairfield 3. Teague 4. Diboll
  14. Family in Montgomery. Pulling for Lake Creek in this one.
  15. “Affordable” healthcare, lol. What an absolute dumpster fire.
  16. I am curious to hear @89Falcon thoughts on that particular district, along with @AggiesAreWe
  17. Somehow (and this just my opinion) Diboll is gonna get that 4th seed. I just have a strong feeling.
  18. I do know that you can expect the majority of the same teams outside of us returning. (We lost to Teague in Bi-District last year.) Hardin won't be playing Westfield this time around unless both meet up in the regional finals or 3rd round.
  19. Smells like a running clock situation. A side note: that whole great Cleveland area will never be great at sports in the foreseeable future
  20. Yes, Splendora has had a lot of growth in the last 5 years. Don’t think they will see 4A again.
  21. Understood. The current group that are JRs are the "ONLY" time in my entire life where I saw a 4A program unable to field a 7th grade team. 7th grade teams are typically over running and have to be shrank to a number where they can be coached. During that same season, our 7th grade was forced to play the Jasper 8th grade (who are now SRs) and beat them. We knew at that time that Jasper would be in dire straits in the future. We always wondered if they would pull some kids out of the halls and become "Jasper" again, but it does not appear that has happened.
  22. 53 points? dang. Coach Joseph does not like to run up the score. I have seen him have the 2nd string in in quarter 2.
  23. Poor splendora!! They will never see 4a again!! They were bottom feeders in 4a !!
