Silsbee's Joe Sigler to retire..... Silsbee is open

Even though the house he will be living in is zoned to West Brook. š - Today

Kinda like the last election, hereās your Democrat candidate, no voting required.
-
True enough. I donāt consider myself a Republican, just that their conservative views run more parallel to my own. Simply pointing out the hypocrisy of the left always crying about an attack on our democracy, while giving the people two candidates with the same ideology. Might as well be in Russia where there is only one candidateā¦ā¦but you get to vote. Lmao

LMAO... Ozen was and now BU is BISD's favorite high school. Your argument is tired and played out. And anybody that knows those kids knew there was no chance in Jones going to West Brook! -
I never submitted the whole system of my opinions to the creed of any party of men whatever, in religion, in philosophy, in politics, or in anything else, where I was capable of thinking for myself. Such an addiction is the last degradation of a free and moral agent. If I could not go to heaven but with a party, I would not go there at all. Thomas Jefferson

I say let the young man go to United. I hate to see him leave Silsbee. I will still cheer for him and Coach Green. Silsbee will be back in a year or 2. Get your licks now folks. Silsbee has a 7th grade group, a few 8th graders, and I heard some in that 5th and 6th grade that can really hoop. My hope is that Ira or Jacob are given the job. This would be very important to Silsbee and the community. -

California is a liberal state for sure, and all the liberals scream about democracy. Yet, when it really comes down to it, they have a one party system. This is worse than what they did to Biden. Talk about āfreedom of choiceā. California's "top-two" primary system allows for the possibility of two Democrats (or two candidates from any single party) running against each other in the general election for Governor . Here's how it works: Open Primary: California uses a top-two primary system, meaning all candidates, regardless of party affiliation, appear on the same primary ballot. Top Two Advance: The two candidates who receive the most votes in the primary election advance to the general election. Same-Party Matchup: Because the top two vote-getters advance regardless of party, it's entirely possible for two Democrats, two Republicans, or two candidates from any other single party to be the top two and face each other in the general election. In essence, the party affiliation of a candidate doesn't determine who advances to the general election; it's simply based on who receives the most votes in the primary. This system differs from traditional partisan primaries where each party chooses its own

Hard to tell from that video if there was malicious intent or not.

Did the 1/6 protesters get due process? Of course not, but criminal illegal invaders should. Everything depends on which battle you want to pick.

UNO beats Northwestern. The Harvard of Sharpstown will host the Privateers next week to determine the automatic bid for the SLC. UTRGV sits and hopes to have an RPI in the low 40's to have a shot at a bid. Sat at 39 going into the day. Will likely fall a bit, but no idea how much. -

Trump is now screaming at Walmart when they announced that theyāre having to raise prices in response to Trumpās tariffs. [Hidden Content] Did that idiot really think that China would stick a check in each shipping container to cover his tariffs? It was always gonna be passed off to consumers with higher prices. At the end of the day weād either pay more for foreign food because of tariffs or pay more for goods made here in America. Either way, weāre paying more for everything. He believes that Walmart should ājust eatā the 80% markup on the goods they sell instead of passing the cost on to customers. This guy is a turd.

Itās laughable that the same people who pardoned the J6 rioters for violent actions at the Capitol are now calling this a threat. It would be a funny if they werenāt serious. I dont see how Americans donāt end up at war between the right and left. There just arenāt that many more ways to escalate the attacks without lives being lost.

Huskies take the Edinburg bracket. Beat UTRGV 4 out of 5 games this season and all were played in Edinburg. Nice season thus far for Clay VanderLaan, the first year head coach, and his squad following the 3 Berkman seasons. -
