I was pretty impressed with this North Shore team. Very good defensively with applying on ball pressure. Rebound very well. Offensively they like to get out on the break but can shoot the three. #2 hit 6 three's last night while scoring 24. They have a nice post player (about '6"8). First year HC at NS is doing some good things. Already with some quality wins this season (beat College Park) Will keep an eye on this team this season.

Well, it seems the “get Trump” crowd are convinced that releasing the Epstein files will fall squarely on Trump’s shoulders. It certainly shows a lack of research on their part, unless all you research is anti-Trump articles. Try this one on for size. I do know a guy from Franklin & I’ve tried to talk smack but he won’t bite (lol)…. Just humble & let’s the team record speak for themselves. I think Orangefield can score, just will have trouble stopping them may be a shootout. Orangefield is not scare to pass that for sure if we score we have to have the best game by all, WR, RB & the QB & especially the DL/OL I guess the entire team

Cowboys played an inspired game in remembrance. The addition of Williams is huge. He bullrushes and takes his blocker all the way to the QB which allows the Cowboys to get pressure without blitzing. Seems the opposing TE can get open over the middle. Need to address that. I’ll say it again, Pickens was a steal. Needs to check his attitude after a catch. No room for stupid penalties. I believe our next game against the Eagles will show where we’re really at. Still mathematically in the race. Never give up.

Exactly what I meant when I said he has had a lot of time to throw the ball. Pressure him, we have played against QB's though out the year just like or better than this QB. Silsbee for example. Our secondary, should follow his targets because he will throw a quick slant. I don't know why the secondary does not go after the ball to intercept more than playing behind their man smh. For the record I think Silsbee can beat La Vaga. JMO.

Held #1 4AD1 Celina to 33 (lowest on the season) and they scored twice in the 4th.... gave up a bunch to houston legacy but so did #6 5AD1 PAM.... Most of the scores in district came late with back ups in. It was 28-0 before Hallettsville scored a TD last week. Franklin can eat clock or score fast depending on what the coach wants to do. But I guess we will see and I'm willing to bet this is the best offense Orangefield has seen this season. But lets look at the schedules of who they played also. #1 Celina, Houston Legacy, China Spring(who just beat #7 Bellville), Lorena who was putting up video game numbers till the QB went down. I do like Orandfields QB he is a big boy and runs hard.

Very proud of our Bobcats last night! Even though Jaxon Agerton returned to help us out, we are still very shorthanded and yet they still battled and kept it close with 5A Nederland (Who has their whole team) all night. Our core leadership of Scales, Willis, & Jones unselfishly led, and the younger guys all stepped up and played well at the Varsity Level. Should be a great year when we get everyone back!
