Well, maybe you can answer the question.  What good has he done for the country?  Why do you dislike Trump?  Let me guess, it’s those danged tweets!

I think Biden hasn’t done anything worth considering a achievement. But I believe voters voted Biden simply because he could beat trump. (The left will always see Biden as the guy who stopped the MAGA train. I dislike trump  same reason for my dislike of the cowboys. ( unreasonable fans who won’t shut up about there average at be team/president).

Yeah, that made a lot of sense to stop the MAGA train.  Can’t understand anyone that could dismiss how well the country was rolling simply because they don’t like the President.

At least you attempted where others wouldn’t try.  And you nailed it, he hasn’t done 💩 for this country.  Why would you want to stop something that was going so well?  I’m guessing you couldn’t get past the tweets.  What was it that Trump did, or didn’t do, that makes you think he wasn’t a good potus?

I think trump like most presidents not named FDR are just average. More than half the country felt this way. It’s nothing to do with mean tweets. Trump and a lot of his followers live in a fantasy world where trump won the election and the results will be overturned. This day that day . Pence can simply disregard our elections and proclaim trump president. Covid is not serious will go away on it’s own SOON Trump24… No matter how much the guy lies. His followers will believe it. Trump had no regard towards the constitution and clearly didn’t drain the swamp but became king of the swamp.

I have no issue with the voter who says I voted for trump because he had the economy rolling.  But most trump supporters will refuse to accept the evidence that trump was a egotistical lying self serving president.

I honestly don’t disagree with most of this, but I do think his stupid Twitter rants lost him the election.  It pushed away a lot of swing voters, and when you have a country divided almost 50/50, you have to get the votes that toe that middle line.  His obnoxiousness also pushed apathetic democratic voters to the polls, that weren’t excited enough to get out and vote for Biden, but annoyed/angered enough to get out and vote against trump.  That said, I thought he did a decent job, and I lean more right than left, so I would definitely prefer to have him in office right now instead of Biden.

Who cares if he was egotistical, as long as he got the job done. That’s the difference between conservatives and liberals, we want results and they’re about intentions and emotions.
As far as FDR goes, he’s responsible for a lot of the entitlement issues we are having now, which was doubled down by Johnson.  He was by no means a great President, unless you’re a fan of Socialism.  That’s where we’re at in this country sadly, many would rather have the gov meet their needs than get off their butt and do for themselves.  That’s how the FDRs and Johnsons become heros to the left when in reality they were the beginning of the end for this great country.

My post on this (before you beat me to the punch) was basically the same thing.

Sometimes people can impress you with knowledge, and when they can’t, they baffle you with BS. Trump being called a liar and again, nothing offered as proof. If Biden is performing just like his supposed voters wanted, then they are all communists. I know people who died fighting communism. I believe Covid will go away on its own. Vaccines are what produce mutations…….but there’s another thread for this.

Jmo but I think Jill Biden pushed Joe where he is now.  She dreamed of living in the WH, of the parties & balls.  In her eagerness to be the next Jackie K, she never thought of Joe having to handle world shattering situations.

Jill and Kamala are birds of a feather….drop their pants for political gain. Must be why Jill told Kamala to go freak herself. Jill had an affair with Joe while she was still married….but let’s talk about Trump and his escapades. The left has no conviction in their lives.

PamFam, THIS is self-serving at its finest….

Does Susan Rice’s self-serving investment show up here? The shutting down of Keystone would increase this pipeline’s value, correct?

"but let’s talk about Trump and his escapades."

Trump was a "private" citizen during the time alleged.

Kamel toe was an aspiring "public servant" and Jill was banging a "public servant" big difference, plus you have to enter the moral issue for some.

My beautiful very Liberal Canadian wife still believes it was no big deal for Clinton to get a BJ in the Oval Office, by an intern, dropping a load on her dress and then lying on National TV to the American people.

But hey the mind of the liberals, you see where that has lead us...

She didn’t wash that dress for months. What a skank. Old Bill can really pick them.

Ya poor Bill, the POTUS POS, is a victim. Attacking her is pretty low, I would expect that out of maga moron but not you...

I just think it was a setup, why she didn’t wash that dress. Bill has always been a POS. Heck, he raped a black woman in Arkansas.

8 days into this topic and we haven’t heard from 1 DEMONcrat. Not even 1 person has tried to tell us about something/anything that biden, and this trash administration, has done that’s a positive for America. The silence speaks volumes!!!

Defending democrat policies is possibly the toughest job on the planet…it can’t be done.

That’s why SOP from the democrats is to try to label anyone that disagrees with them as racist, homophobic, misogynistic, etc.  They can’t win in the arena of ideas so they must try to silence the opposition.  Truth be told, democrats are the biggest offenders of all of the above.  I forgot to add that they are huge fans of killing the unborn.

Anyone that defends the policies of this administration is either a gov leech, ignorant of current affairs, a moron or all of the above.

Crickets from this thread confirms it.

Never have I seen a president turn his back on reporters like this guy always does…..turn and walk the other way like the coward he is. In fact, all democrats do this when the question or situation doesn’t suit them. Then, before turning his back, he says he is not supposed to take questions. Who says? What a wuss.

    • We'll see. I don't trust us.
    • Starting pitching has been shaky the last few weeks due to some injuries outside of Hagen Smith.  He goes tomorrow, so y’all should be fine
    • Manchin may get it but any mention of the radical left that wanted to get rid of the filibuster and end almost 220 years of history because the Democrats are mad?  The House and Senate are obviously different legislative bodies with entirely different election processes and rules for a reason. The House can vote on laws with a simple majority vote. The Senate put rules in place that it would make it much tougher to pass laws. Laws should be difficult to pass. The Senate is often the holdup of the right and left. It takes 60 votes to break the filibuster so any law will almost certainly require agreement at least in part, from opposing sides of an issue. Because they can’t get laws passed, the radical left is like a baby having a tantrum and wants to change over 200 years of history and make it potentially ridiculously easy to pass laws. I have seen current poll maps and it is possible for the Republicans to sweep into complete power in November but by the tiniest margin. That would possibly mean that a single vote margin in both houses could enact what you might call the radical right laws. There would be nothing that the Democrats could do to stop any legislation whatsoever if the left (they are all radical, minus Manchin) got their filibuster rule changed.  That is where the current filibuster comes into play as any new law would require several Democrats to agree with the majority Republicans and vice versa.  Do you want the potential for your radical right to have free rein as the radical left wants by killing the filibuster or is the radical left just as (if not more) dangerous? Let’s see if we have a history in this area? Oh yeah, the Democrats changed the rules in the Senate to allow federal judges to not have to overcome the filibuster. Obama was not getting his federal judge nominations passed and being angry, they changed the rules instead of nominating more moderate justices. They were warned that it would come back to bite them. They didn’t care and chose the nuclear option to change the rules. Oops! Any guess how Trump got all of his Supreme Court nominees passed against strong Democrat opposition? The Democrats got rid of the filibuster for federal judges after another tantrum   So when you are so worried about the radical right, are you equally concerned in what the radical left is always doing by changing rules and history which were put into place just for situations like we are in? So while Manchin gets it, what about his other 50 colleagues (49 + Harris)?  What concerns you more, Abbott and Paxton or the Democrats who want to make it to where if the Republicans do take over, they can go wild… at least in your mind?
