Don’t you just love the scare tactics used to perpetuate the Man Made Global Warming myth?   I just watched a 60 Minutes segment on the Australian Fires, implying they were caused by MMGW.  They conveniently forgot to mention that quite a few arsonist, some Muslims, started many of them.  But they repeatedly mentioned Australia is having a severe drought - because of MMGW.   Every time we have strange weather somewhere, which we always have had, it’s MMGW.  To put it in perspective, they see a incoming tide and scream, “Run, we’re all going to drown”.   Then when the tide recedes, crickets.   Imagine if the US had another Dust Bowl like we had in the 30’s.  MMGW, we’re all going to die.

The first words after the headline in that article were "Climate deniers". I just had to laugh and click the little X in the top right corner. I'm willing to bet that the article claims that the "climate deniers" are the ones who want proof that Man is the cause for this unproven hypothesis that Earth's climate is about to destroy itself. The real "climate deniers", aka "science deniers" are the one's that claim this theory is proven...without providing one shred of proof, and best of all, without eliminating extraneous variables (which have far more evidence of causation than Man).  It's all too typical for people like this author to accuse others of what he, himself is profoundly guilty of. How can anyone take an article seriously when the author tries (laughably) to denigrate his readers in the first words of the article? I'm guessing he might get an Emmy for this article though? Fake award for a fake article written by a fake author.

Ok, since you believe it's real, are you doing your to part solve it?  When you go some where, are you walking or riding a bike?  If you travel across the sea, are you going to make sure what you sail on is only powered by wind?  You know -- since there is "overwhelming" evidence!  You're not a hypocrite, are you??!!

      You won’t get an argument from me that this won’t hurt her nationally but I don’t think this will hurt her in SD or even an appointment in a Republican administration.  I’m sure she saw backlash from some, apparently not from folks like you and me, which is significant, but like I said, I appreciate the honesty.

      Appreciate the confidence.  Why don’t we see how this works out for her.  Going great so far.  She MIGHT be able to get re-elected in South Dakota next election, but if a good candidate runs against her in the Republican primaries she may be in trouble.  I don’t think there’s a chance in hades she gets the VP nomination, and if for some reason Trump is dumb enough to give it to her, his chances of winning are probably over.  On a positive note, maybe DeSantis gets it now?  If they win and do a decent job then we’d have a VP ready to run for president in four years with a good shot of winning.

      I honestly don’t have an issue with it.  I grew up around livestock.  We had a neighbor lose nearly 30 animals in a 3-week period before they caught the dogs doing it. Those dogs needed to die.  I was there when my uncle killed a dog that was eating his chickens… didn’t bother me. If one of my dogs ever bites one of my kids it’ll be dead.  Immediately.  But some things are better left unsaid, and probably 90% of the country loves dogs, with only a small fraction of them being able to relate to why she did what she did.

      Lots of republicans are giving her hell over this.  An overwhelming majority of moderates aren’t going to like it, and obviously the over offended left hates it.  She’s tanked her shot at VP, whoever you want to blame.  I stated in an early post that I don’t have an issue with some dogs being taken out if they’re biting and killing animals.  But it’s not your opinion or mine that is going to matter on this one.
