Tough loss for BC, but what a comebaack for Jasper. The guys at KOGT are the best broadcasters in the state.

It makes even more apparent when you listen to other teams broadcasting. Gary and crew are more on a college level than HS when it comes to profesionalism and entertainment. Always fair....well except WOS/Lcm, he tends to get a little more excited for the Bears........I kid, I kid.lol

Here you go BG. Courtesy of Goblin. 2 shutouts so far(Jasper, Liberty). close to 3 with 6pts to Newton

Take RF out of the equation(you knew I was going to ;)) and our D has been pretty salty. Of course 28pts to Silsbee looks high but not with that offense. Silsbee is dang good this year.

I actually think our kicker will work it out. (im assuming JD kicked PAT's last night)Kinda hard to throw a TD then have to go kick the PAT.

Jack kicked one and hit the upright and missed. Hyzer made 3 and we went for 2 on three touchdowns. Hopefully Ryan Hyzer will be able to handle the Xtra points. If not then Jack will do what he can. Either way we will be ok.

That is good news, will he miss any time with that type of injury? Are there bigger OL on JV that may be moving up soon? Coaches decision of course.

In the past 2 weeks WOS has been adding depth to there roster by moving C. Skinner (Jr. DE/IB #39), T. Watkins (So. DE#35) and B. Rash (So. OL #64) . With the hopes of A.  Williams (So. WR/S#16) being cleared to move up to Varsity (Pasadena Memorial Move in) sometime this week or next. Skinner and Watkins have been getting game time experience for the past  2 weeks.  While Rash was moved up against Liberty.  Don't recalling seeing him in the game but he was definitely on the sideline (#64)  So with Brown being cleared by his doctor.  I know The WOS Coach's  and Training Staff will keep a closeful eye on his progress during the week.  Knowing most likely CT will rest him, because WOS can't afford no more injuries. With the likes of K.  Hancock (Jr.  RB/SB/WR/K) being out for the past 2weeks with 2 to 3 weeks more until he returns. WOS needs everybody healthy and a little luck.....lol.... ..to achievie what all high school players dream and play the game of high school football for.  Thats The Ultimate Quest of winning a State Championship. Since the RF (Butt whipping) lost seems like The Young WOS Team (as to what some call them)  has refocused.  For the past 2 weeks WOS has put together 2 great performances by winning all 3 phases of the game and playing 48 minutes of Mustang Football (Flying Around)  as if what CT would say...If WOS continue to get better week by week, stay focus, and play MUSTANG FOOTBALL. There a pretty darn  good football team (in my CT voice)..........  Knowing taking one game at a time to Achieve winning District first and foremost................. CT and The Coaching Staff will then prepare them,  lead them,  push them and remind them. The importants of what it takes too Achieve The Ultimate  Quest of becoming a State Champ. And what Texas High School Football Is All About.... Load..........Loading.................to be continued.

Note All we want in Mustang Country for Christmas is a State Championship. Anything less is a failure, and that's the mind set around Mustang Country and for the players as well.  The WOS Coaches and players, still have that Sour taste in there mouth for not playing Mustang Football a full 48 minutes. An letting The Ultimate Quest of achieving  being  a State Champ. (oh so close). Vaulabe Lessons being learned thru the process.
