The only two ways it makes sense is if the Dallas GM is colluding with the lakers and ends up there in the next couple of years, or more likely, if the new ownership group is trying to dry up the fan base and move the team to Vegas in a couple of years.

Worst trade in the history of the NBA. Collusion, conspiracy theories, whatever, this makes no sense. I could write a novel about how bad this is. As a lifelong Mavs fan I’m gutted.
