DEI allowed them to get jobs over people who performed better in the training and tests. Quit pretending you don’t already know this.

I’m not assuming that at all. What I’m stating is that DEI initiatives were a route for minority surgeons (and pilots, and pretty much anything else) to get jobs over more qualified counterparts. That’s not debatable, it’s fact. I want the best surgeon, regardless of race. But I dang sure don’t want a lesser surgeon that got the job BECAUSE of race, which is what DEI accomplished.

I’m not gonna quit, because I’m not a quitter. But this is starting to hurt my feelings. Bring back football pickems!
