  1. Past hour
  2. Thats good coaching I was referring to any banged up players
  3. Game @ Barbers Hill, BH will be the one of the better teams PAM has played since FB Hightower. Even the Sports Science team with #1 QB is 2-3 right now and giving up a lot of points even in close games. It's a big game for Barbers Hill not to have 2 losses in district with 3 games to play. Those two district shutouts by PAM over Ball and United are impressive. I have no idea how this will go, but as I have said before the season began, PAM is a head taller than most in district 9-5A DI this year, the title is theirs to lose.
  4. I seen DCTF has moved Hardin into the number 10 spot. Keep up the hard work. It should be atleast the second round before they see a DL that can hold up against their OL. Would be nice to see at least one team from the district move to the second round or even further .
  5. Let's just say non injury related.
  6. I have to take the Longhorns in this one. Well, I don't have to, but I am going to.
  7. Time to send another email to the school board and superintendent.
  8. Week 7 - Pick'ems 1. Baytown Sterling at West Brook 2. Beaumont United at Galveston Ball 3. Port Arthur Memorial at Barbers Hill 4. Friendswood at Angleton 5. Kingwood Park at Crosby 6. Dayton at Lake Creek 7. Montgomery at Huntsville 8. West Fork at Nederland 9. Hardin-Jefferson at Bridge City 10. Livingston at LC-M 11. Lumberton at Liberty 12. Vidor at Huffman 13. Hamshire-Fannett at Silsbee 14. Jasper at West Orange Stark 15. Shepherd at Tarkington 16. Buna at Hardin 17. East Chambers at Anahuac 18. Orangefield at Coldspring 19. Fairfield at Teague 20. Anderson-Shiro at New Waverly 21. Newton at Woodville 22. Warren at Kountze 23. Joaquin at San Augustine 24. Shelbyville at Garrison 25. Chester at Alpha Omega Academy
  9. I'd want to avoid them as long as possible...hope others beat up on em a bit or maybe expose some weaknesses you can exploit etc
  10. Buna lost to EC by one score, so they might hang with Hardin for a bit. Maybe longer if they play defense better than EC. I watched most of the game last Thursday, and Hardin lined up for a tush push or similar almost every play. No wide receivers or any receivers, pretty much 11 guys bunched up in a scrum all night, and the EC d-line was on it's own. The DBs and LBs stayed back and watched until it was too late. Maybe Buna will figure it out or maybe not, but they better have a few kids that like to fight because the Hardin kids throw punches, literally. It'll be a long night for Buna I'm thinking unless they can keep the clock running.
  11. any particular reason they are missing?
  12. Per JJ's post-game interview he was planning to begin getting ready for the Splendora game yesterday (Sunday). The starters will start I'm sure unless they're injured. The second half will probably be similar to the second half of the MLC game. That doesn't mean that the coaches will relax. "They all wear the same uniform", says coach JJ. If a second or 3rd or 4th team player screws up, then they will get a talking to.
  13. I think I’d still rather be the 2 seed. That 3 seed gets a lot of travel. The road still goes through SOC, even if you take the long route.
  14. Currently on a pipeline job in Sinton and was thinking about catching a Refugio game while I am down here. Long way from Fannett, Texas
  15. Today
  16. Perfect time for this game PNG has been through a rough stretch of physical teams. Time to heal up.
  17. Hardin by as much as they want
  18. I often say this when you put hands down in your posts you are saying to everyone this is my strong opinion not actually a fact about your statement. Next time try to artuculate a reason why you believe your opinion to be true. Now thats not saying your wrong howevet it says to me you could have a bias for some reason or another. For example this years defense is smaller and faster like his first defense this is one reasin I think people are comparing them. Also we are throwing more with a better overall group of recivers. Like his first year. Matbe thats why they feel that way. Who knows.
  19. This is going to be the slowest week ever 😂
