  2. It’s very difficult to fire an educator. It’s not difficult to reassign them and put them in a situation where they’re likely to leave on their own. I’m not sure of the legality of exposing an employee’s work records, but it seems likely it’s not allowed if nothing criminal took place.
  3. I agree Trump won't win NY. If Osama Bin Laden was running for US Prez against Trump, NY would still vote blue because there is too much vermin in NY for it to go red. In any case, there are LOTS of good New Yorkers fed up beyond belief with the Biden disaster that will support Trump more than NY ever expected. And many productive, law abiding citizens are still fleeing the NY hellhole in droves.
  4. Anyone can Google that so don’t try to come off like some expert. So you think all that showed up for Trump were black? How selfish. I have no clue how many would show, neither do you. I can, however, look at the size crowd Biden drew in his home town and make an educated guess as to crowd size in NY. It’s really simple. You don’t need a college education to do it, either.
  5. Here's the deal ma'am. Trump won't turn NY Red. But the outpouring of support of that size in the Bronx is very telling of the state of affairs in the "Blue" White House and what could happen in the November elections. Look at it any way you want, but Joe Biden has seen better days...
  6. It was mentioned the basketball coach was not contacted early for new job. That is 100 percent true. There was how ever a tennis coach contacted early by the girls coordinator.
  7. He had one other write up for a student skipping his class and that student got into a fight in the school parking lot. He was blamed for the student skipping class. The student was marked absent just like any other student that does not show up to class.
  8. The Bronx has more Hispanics than black people. You don't know how many people woulf show up.
  9. If I would of said that is not true, you would not of believed me. I posted a USA Today report (not exactly a right leaning organization) so I would have "proof"..... Fact is, YOU let "pravda.com" fool you. YOU took it hook, line and sinker......lol
  10. Isn't a lot of his movement tied to his dad oscillating between jobs?
  11. Just that list alone very impressive. HJ has a situation on their hands with this hire.
  12. Just for the record, No one owes anyone else an explanation for why they made the decision they made. The admins in charge were hired to make decisions based on their best knowledge and for the success of the program. They are not required to explain, in detail to the community, why they did what they did.
  13. Then fire him and non renew his contract and display all this information and write ups you have as cause. Stand on your beliefs and documentation and fire him for not doing his job, don’t hide behind a reassignment trying to make him quit. If he is so bad and written up so many times why. Is he still a district employee, you would think you would fire that person and make sure they are long gone.
  14. New AD comes in and fires the most successful basketball coach in school history. This coach who is one of the most well respected coaches in the area I might add. Hires a new coach to replace him who has never been a head coach before and there is 0 process he is just called and offered the job, not how this business works.
  15. With Daspit getting BC job, Smith will be getting LC-M HC position.
  16. To clarify, Dems love wars. They rage daily in the bluest of blue inner citicis. Chicago had 39 shootings over the weekend, 9 dead. Warzone. Baltimore, Memphis, Detroit, etc. I am sure was just as bloody. The blue body count rises daily. I am sure the blue defunding of police and releasing murders without any bail have nothing to do with it. Right?
  17. Will probably be released by the Democrats come September. Sound familiar?
  18. Sure. You reassign an employee and they leave voluntarily instead of being fired and being open to litigation. The outcome is the same, but you are making my point. The superintendent and AD and principal are all empowered to make personnel decisions. Instead of accepting the decision made, you talk about lawyering up, no one else was reprimanded, railroad job. I am old enough to remember when high school sports taught life lessons...accountability being chief among them.
