That’s not rambling, that’s a great answer. I had access to guns as a teenager but was taught how to use and respect them. The answer is definitely not more gun restrictions, if I decide I want to get a gun and hurt folks, I’ll get one. Just look at extensive laws on drugs, how’s that working out? I don’t have one. I think parents addressing mental illness/issues with their kids and getting help versus ignoring it (because they don’t want to admit their child has a problem) may help. There may not be an answer, but I raised my kid like I was raised, I spent a lot of time with my Son, from coaching his sports to taking him fishing. During that time I taught him right from wrong, and to always be kind to people…..unless they want to hurt you, then defend yourself. so, maybe it starts at home….. I’m just rambling lol, but those are my thoughts on the subject

I don't really expect Angleton to run that t-formation with the full house backfield much if at all this year. They were starting to get away from it in the playoffs and with a big time passer in Duron, I think you will mostly see them in the I formation or the gun.

This is goofy to me. I buy a house and now my kid is ineligible because he’s good at football? UIL shouldn’t have that much power. I’ve seen a case where CPS had to intervene with the UIL because the child was removed from the home. Another case where they wanted to change the child’s custody in the divorce paperwork in order for them to be eligible. This stuff is barely the school district’s business let alone the UIL. They’re going too far.
