The Freshman QB has some improvement but showed potential.  Didn't complete a pass down field that I remember but had a good arm. If he can get better accuracy, he will be dangerous!!!! He did complete some bubble passes. Only time will tell, HF will be a test for him to say the least.

Was the starter a FR? The 1st TD for the Bucs in the live half was a 64 yd TD pass on a post route.

I'm from Buna, and I'll say Buna played very well. They didn't outscore Lumberton, but did tie, 2 TD's to 2 TD's. Buna scored on the Lumberton 1's once and the 2nd team once. Lumberton 2nd team offense scored 1 TD and their 1st team scored 1 TD. I'd say Buna held their own.

Nope.  I actually think we’ll be decent this year based on information I’m getting.

United should have one of the better (or maybe most talented is a better way to label) offensive lines in our area. Now if they utilize this strength is the question.

line play is definitely supposed to be our strength…

If anything I got them beating WB regardless this season. 🤷🏾‍♂️

I’m a little late reporting in but Bellville looked good Vs El Campo lasts week. In the controlled part Bellville scored twice and El Campo did not score. In the live portion neither team scored. Bellville will lean heavy on their defense this season IMO
