This is supposedly a Turkish Proverb.  Whoever, it makes a good point.

The forest was shrinking but the trees kept voting for the AXE, but the AXE was clever and convinced the trees that because his handle was wood, he was one of them!

Now, for the few that don’t get it, the AXE is the Democrat Party, and the trees that vote for the AXE are the mindless Democrats that think their Party is still the same bunch that used to actually look out for the poor & middle class - many, many years ago (ending any pretense with Harry Truman).  No comparison to today’s DNC that give every indication of wanting to destroy the Republic.  For some reason, inexplicable to me, the trees today can’t see the signs that seem so crystal clear to the rest of us.  I will say that the AXE is getting so blatant, even some of the trees are beginning to realize it.  I hope enough do.

                    OUR LOAN WAS APPROVED.

WE’RE CLOSING ON A FULL TANK OF GAS THIS WEEKEND!

Gonna be a lot of lawns with tall grass this mowing season. However, they do still sell the old reel mowers. Too many lazy people these days to see them attempting to use those.

This one explains a lot.  Talk about tying it up in a neat little box.

The Bankers will ensure we stay in debt.

The Pharmaceutical companies will ensure we stay sick.

The Weapon manufacturers will ensure we keep going to war.

The Media will ensure we’re prevented from knowing the truth.

The Government will ensure all of this is done legally.

ONCE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS, YOU UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING!

THE BALLS OF VOLODYMYR ZELENSKY

C’mon guys, that’s funny stuff there.  There was a time not long ago my stomach would be on that list.  Last time I laid down on the beach a squad of Marines tried to plant a flag in my navel.

    • That was an awesome video!  I feel so proud of these young men.  They proved the doubters wrong.  Bellville should be proud, too.  I know it didn't end like they had hoped, but we've been there, so we can definitely empathize with them.  Great season, Brahmas!
    • Meh.. Everyone knows this. The kid that got injured wasn't lifting weights. Supposedly he was hit with a helmet in his elbow. In my opinion the kid shouldn't have been put in that situation. AD should've told the Varsity baseball players to sit that one out. I have no issues with the lifting or conditioning. However, anytime helmets/pads are on there is a higher risk of injury. This AD showed a total lack of respect for HIS baseball program.
    • Maybe.. however..  Many athletic director / head football coach have lost their job despite the athletic program as a whole being successful.. if the football team struggles.  On the other hand, when football teams are doing great but the rest of the program stinks.. AD/HFC still keeps their job. WOS.  Newton. .. programs as a whole were fairly weak during those many years of football power and very few people even knew it.  Or cared. Yet, AD/HFC kept their jobs for years. Meanwhile, I remember an AD/HFC at Barbers Hill lost his job after every program in the school won district championships and even had several team sports (baseball, softball, girls hoops, etc.) making runs at state.  But the football team was mediocre.  Fired. I'm not saying you're wrong, just that perception is reality.  And the perception is that your athletic program can suck as long as football wins.. it doesn't matter how strong the athletic program is if football sucks.
