Silsbee's offensive line opened up some big running lanes, and some nice passing.  The defense changed things up to adjust to the wing-t offense of LCM and had its pains but kelp LCM to just one TD. Over all a good game for Silsbee freshman, even their record at 2-2 more importantly 1-0 in district.

Yes, true.  After that timout the running game for LC-M was getting stuffed.  But the passing game need a to be improved.  A couple of open uncontested easy receptions dropped in that far end zone.  Plus, the big catch before halftime was a TD left on the field.  Should've outran the LC-M defender....

The freshman score was actually 30 to 20. GCM lost two fumbles deep in Jaguar territory and three overall, that was the difference in the game. This was a great battle between two really good teams.

Just a sidebar here. Went to stadium to see Hemphill & Evadale JV game, but 8 Gd still playing.  The tailback for Hhill was about 4" taller than anyone else on either team, and more speed.  Not sure how old he is, but if he's still growing Hemphill has a bright future.  He was like a man amongst boys.

1 and 3 but could very easily be 3 and 1. The talent is there, it just needs utilized and developed properly.

wouldn't that be 4TD's? 32 /8 is 4 and 32 plus 8 is 40. 

or 5 with one 2 point 6 times 4 is 24 plus 8 is 32, wasn't there so i don't know
