This is pretty simple if you understand the culture in LH. The varsity staff works with all coaches at all levels, even into little league, to teach the Slot T offense. The varsity coaches have monthly meetings with the little league coaches and get scouting reports on players coming up through the program so when they get into the 7th grade, the coaches already know who is who and who plays where. It is taught the same way in the 4th grade as it is taught at the varsity level, so the kids understand it and want to operate in that offense. Any dads who think their kids are going to be division 1 receivers and QBs take their kids elsewhere so that the only ones who are left are the ones who are committed to thriving in the slot T. This is the product of consistency in program leadership for many many years and the commitment of that leadership to build a successful program from the bottom up. Therefore, to replicate what LIberty Hill has is absolutely impossible without long term commitment and community buy in. Vidor has/had too many folks always looking for a reason to run Matthews off and complaining about the Slot T to even begin to try to replicate what Liberty Hill has. 

I realize it fully. SRs after football that are no longer playing other sports are not allowed to hang out with the kids still playing sports only to detract from their efforts. The reason that SRs are removed is because they frequently cause discipline problems for the program after they are no longer playing sports.
This is the same reason that kids not playing football are not allowed in athletics because the vast majority are only trying to not be in PE and thus work against the program. They will all say that they "are baseball" or "are powerlifting" and then when the season rolls around they never materialize, yet they consumed resources for the whole year and there is nothing that anyone can do as the year has nearly passed. They were simply dead weight to the program for the whole year.

You have never run an athletic program and there is no other way. You cannot have the entire school in a single athletic period consisting of kids who do not play sports. They will destroy the program and prevent the coaches from interacting with players who actually play on a team in addition to destroying the discipline in the program.

Not sure what school your riddle pertains to but there are "MANY" schools that do not allow students that do not play football in the athletic period. It is because there is not enough coaches to coach them all and there are always a hoard of kids that will claim they are "baseball" or "powerlifitng" or some other sport and then never make the team. Their only agenda is to "not be in PE".

What politics would make Coach Joseph and Coach Todd to both agree to a Fort Worth crew led by Bill Theodore for their 2022 game? I thought Stark had done a pretty good job at Hemphill. Was that not the sentiment of the community? 

I'd think the PNG folks would have a legitimate gripe with having a Nederland grad officiating their game. Bottom line is this, that call didn't cost them the game. It was the right call and wasn't made by the official who lives in Port Neches. Todd sounds like a crybaby bringing it up.

Quinn ewers stays in HS his senior year instead going off to Ohio State I believe he wins the ship that year..

In the famous word of ole Coach Stewart in 2008 to Flannigan. If I had those kids I'd win state... He then proceeded to make the state finals with his own kids.

And, no, you get no validation from those rings. Coaching doesn’t matter at all. Especially not from freshman coaches. It was all about talent. 
 
Further, you’ve been bragging about your coaching experience from day 1, and you’ve made yourself a laughingstock. Newsflash: If you have to tell us you’re important, you aren’t. And, it’s obvious you need a few more years as a coach to learn something about football because every single take you have had on this site isn’t just wrong, but laughably so. It’s been great to witness. So, I think I do agree with you - Talent is the most important thing for a team, because if YOU were a coach, talent is the only explanation for North Shore’s success. They had to overcome you AND the other team. I guess we’re in agreement then. 

3 high schools in 3 years for the young man......can't imagine his family would be in favor of that. 

So your argument is that Jason Todd's coaching is not up to Jeff Joseph's level? That's nonsense. Todd can run with the best of them in the state and then some. Of course you have to have talent, but coaching is what makes talent successful. Lots of talented teams are going home early every year because of subpar coaching. Not too many great coaches are making early exits because they lack supreme talent. Of course, there are also those coaches who coach 5 division 1 defensive backs and even that level of talent isn't enough to ensure they can stay on the sidelines......
