I honestly think United will win their game by 20+. Silsbee will have a much tougher game with Connally.

I'm just telling you how the UIL does the seeding. If it happens to turn out where the records actually reflect the seeding, then so be it. I have seen it many times where two teams have the same win percentage (or records) and those two be the top two seeds but one plays a team in semifinals that has just 3 losses while the other played a team with 11 losses. Also, I have seen it where an undefeated team played a team with just 3 losses in semi while the other top seed who had 2 losses played a team with 8 losses. Just luck of the flip. It's how UIL does the state tourney in basketball and baseball. Been that way for years.

The seeding at the state tournament is they take the top two teams win percentage and place them opposite of bracket. Their opponents is done by coin flip. It was a mere coin flip that has HJ playing Argyle after the seeding of win percentage.

TL will broadcast all games for the following regional tourneys: 6A Region III at Berry Center Friday 6pm Houston Bellaire vs. Shadow Creek 8pm Atascocita vs. Fort Bend Clements Saturday 2pm 5A Region III at Campbell Center Friday 6pm Crosby vs. Katy Paetow 8pm Beaumont United vs. Pflugerville Weiss Saturday 2pm 4A Region III at Lufkin ISD Friday 5:30pm Austin LBJ vs. Houston Washington 7:30pm Silsbee vs. Waco Connally Saturday 2pm Also, NFHS will broadcast 3A Region III at Midway HS, Waco. Have not seen where the 2A Region III or 1A Region IV tourneys will be streamed.

This is an accurate take on this Silsbee team. Their best quality is their toughness. This sentiment has been echoed by several coaches I have spoken to this season.

I guess it depends on what 3A district you are talking about. We cover three 3A districts here. 21-3A, 22-3A and 23-3A. 21-3A still has Diboll in playoffs. Other two district are done.
